The aim of this report is to provide a deep insight into some of the main areas that we need to address for the project of Adams's family farmhouse renovation. These issues are project team communication, project risk management, and deadline handling. Effective communication in a project provides a huge advantage regarding the better working and handling of the project. I have selected a very significant project regarding the preservation of the old and historical places. Here we require effective communication to provide better interaction among the designer, developers, and history preservation team. The risk assessment in any project provides us a comprehensive overview of the project activities and different dangers associated with those activities. The identification and mitigation of these risks are really essential for the success of a project. This provides us better handling and management of the project. In our project, the management and handling of these risks are very necessary, because we have to do less damage to the old structure of the farmhouse of the Adams family.  

I have been selected as a project manager for the project of the Adams family farmhouse renovation. This project involves the renovation of the old farmhouse and its roof with the help of the Michigan Historical Society. Michigan Historical Society is a society that facilitates the better preservation of the old places. Michigan Historical Society will work with our development and construction team for the handling of this project.
