The organization is placed in a better position to ensure confidence in its customers and also prove the level of professionalism in executing its objectives. Success is ensured by the level of ownership and success of the organization. The performance ensures better faith for future projects and nurturing talent. This plays a key role in managing various other resources of the organization (Poole, 2008). The success of the teams would ensure better handling of the organization in terms of its resources and assurance for the success of its clients as well.

Success is shared among every individual connected directly or indirectly with the organization. The performance is distributed among all departments of the organization. The organization and its components play a distinct role in ensuring that all objectives of the organization are met and controlled. The performance impacts the confidence of all its penetrations which collectively impacts future behavior and organizational success.  
Are there any costs incurred in the process? Who might be paying them?
The costs are both in the form of tangible and intangible. The direct costs associated with the project resources collectively impact organizational spending and revenues. The project's success entails better productivity of the organization and combines faith for future investments. However, the invisible costs are attached to the goodwill of the project's success and team effort. The IT manager at this point checks the various usage of resources and motivates the project members to fetch better output for the organization (Finney, 2005). The leadership and project management skills of the IT manager enable better handling of the project team and the most critical resources like time and effort.

What does it take from top management to encourage such teams?
The encouragement factors relate to constant attention to their needs, their up gradation of knowledge warehouse, and bringing them to better challenging positions to work out their skills. The performance-linked benefits and incentives would ensure better grooming of the employees and further ensure a fair environment to grow and flourish within the organization. The encouragement would also come forward with several appraisal techniques to grow within the organization. The promotions and ratings would encourage a better degree of understanding of the employees and also take a step forward in giving them precisely what they require (Wideman, 2003).

How can a responsible team leader balance conflicting pressures from above and below?

An IT manager must have good communication skills so that he can exercise influence and authority to take decisions and smooth the flow of work.

The concept of teamwork must be propagated well by the system analyst so that proper compliance with it is exercised in practice for the successful delivery of the process model and the software at last.
What do we learn from this case about IT project roles, responsibilities, and staffing?

Identification of the crucial environmental variables involved in any design modeling process is of utmost importance as that would ensure the successful capitalization of such external resources to make a project successful.

An IT manager with high organizational skills would be a positive point in handling the design modeling process. Characteristics like planning, organizing, decision-making, and scheduling would act as catalysts for the modeling process’s success.

The IT manager must manage the associated risks involved in the design process. It could range from people to technological risks.

Managing the change management process is very crucial for a systems analyst. In general, people do not like change and tend to resist it. Therefore managing the idea transition process, where the old views are successfully mended by newer innovative strategies for managing organizational processes, is of great importance.
