Businessman of my own Textile Manufacturing Company I have always envisioned my career as a businessman. The reason for this is that my career aspirations have always revolved around the art of buying and selling, which we call as business. In the time and age of today, business capacities could mean both success and losses for the businessman in essence. This is because he relies a great deal on his personal efforts to understand the intricacies related with the business itself, as well as with the manner in which his business will be conducted by the people who matter the most – his subordinates, the third party channel members, the stakeholders in the business and the end consumers. This businessman is essentially the torchbearer for this business to continue in the long run. His vision and foresightedness brings to the table a host of ideas which are not only intelligently placed but also rationally backed by his ideological regimes. I am of the view that if I start my own business within the textile manufacturing field, I would be able to give my very best shot. This is because my pertinent skills in this field are immensely sound and I know for myself that I can create a much needed difference within the relevant textile manufacturing industry. I have the talent to make it big within this field and if only I could apply myself whole-heartedly towards my work ethos, I would be able to become a highly successful businessman at the end of the day. My career aspirations have revolved around the fact that I have always wanted to bring a major difference within my life as far as my work ethos is concerned. What this has meant for me is the fact that my work has reigned supreme ever since I finished my education. My education has taught me the basics but now is the time to implement the very same within my life in order to bring about a difference – a difference that will shape up my life for the better. I am of the view that my life will advance in a rapid fashion if I am able to understand the intricacies related with business itself. By this, I am of the view that the textile manufacturing company would demonstrate who I really am at the end of the day. In other words, by being the owner of my business would teach me the highs and lows of doing a business and this indeed is very significant from my life’s standpoint. I want to learn the ways under which I could run my business in my own capacity and learn a thing or two with each passing day. However I know this for sure that this requires one to remain dedicated and whole-heartedly committed towards the task at hand. As I see fit, my task at hand is to be the sole owner of my business and take my business forward in such a fashion that I could envision success kissing my feet sooner rather than later. However I am ready to wait for the success regimes since I know this deep down inside that hard work eventually pays off in the end. It is important to remain steadfast about one’s dealings and my textile manufacturing company would show one and all my commitment towards my work objectives and end goals. I will show to the world what I am capable of doing and how I would be able to bring about a solid difference, not only within my life, but also for the sake of the people that I will be hiring within my textile manufacturing company. I am hopeful that my journey is about to start and this can only become higher in the days to come. My commitment towards my textile manufacturing company would bank on my expertise that I have from my educational realms and the same will be manifested on an out and out basis. I am hopeful that God willing, I would be able to make a solid difference within my life and this difference will be one for the better. What I require now is a platform to showcase my talent and my innate abilities, all of which come with hard work and dedication by my side. I require planning and manpower from the onset of things within my textile manufacturing company and this can only happen when I am aptly placed with regards to my dealings and undertakings in my business. Career planning for a businessman in the time and age of today is a difficult thing. This is so said because man can only devise plans but what happens in the end is something totally different. Thus a man can make as many plans as he wishes to but what happens in the end is God’s will. However I am a firm believer in the saying that a man should give in his very best no matter how hard the times are or how tough the circumstances turn out to be. I know this for sure that my hard work and commitment within the field of my textile manufacturing company would reap rich results at the end of the day. It will give me the room to showcase my talent and assert my authority. It will make me realize the strengths that are hidden inside me and the weaknesses which I need to get rid of instantly. I will work on my personality to understand the professional acumen which is needed of a businessman and thus give in my very best on a consistent basis. This will make me prosper with regards to the different undertakings and activities that I have planned for myself in the coming times. I wish to be seen as a friendly businessman – one who is open to creative ideas, criticism and assistance at all times possible. However I want to make one thing certain and that is the fact that I will always take negative things within my stride and try my best to turn things my way. This requires a serious purpose and a planning regime, which can only come about with the assistance of my co-workers and sub-ordinates. I know this that I need to work alongside them in order to bring out the very best of my talents and abilities. Working in the form of a team would bring in more results and that too long-lasting ones for the sake of the textile manufacturing company. It will give all of us a good feeling that we are doing something constructive for the sake of the pertinent business and that all my actions and strategies are reaping rich fruits at the end of the day. I know this for sure that the route is filled with potholes since there would be issues cropping up left, right and center, but for me the most important thing is to remain strong and alert whilst making decisions which are there for the long term and aimed at building our textile manufacturing company’s credibility within the relevant industrial domains. I wish to reach the top through hard work and with the assistance of my fellow colleagues at the workplace. I know I can make it if these people give in their very best and try their utmost to show resilience at all times possible. I am banking on their strengths for the results and I know this for sure that this will indeed happen sooner rather than later. For me, a businessman holds the epitome of success and accomplishment. I view the rest of the businessmen and women around me as highly successful people, who are essentially able to bring a difference not only within their own lives but also the rest of the people who are directly or indirectly linked with them. This means that the sub-ordinates who work under them receive direct assistance from them and thus it is important for a businessman to remain humble and wary of their needs on all occasions. This is a difficult process to start with since a businessman is usually occupied with a thousand things up his own mind. However a businessman becomes an effective manager and indeed a very honest leader when he knows everything that is happening at the workplace and the issues that the employees are engaged in. This will give him room to expand his repertoire of control over the rest of the people who work under him as well as be able to command respect at the workplace. This is such an important undertaking that I believe I will go all-out in order to achieve the dignity that people should hold of not only my position but also of my personality basis. I would adore the respect that they will give me and thus make me proud of what I essentially am, at the end of the day. I would have to remain steadfast with their dealings and be in touch with the significant issues which plague their personal and professional lives (Garland 2000). For me, a businessman is all about achievement and I believe my achievement would reign in when I could see my textile manufacturing company bringing in profits on a regular basis. I would try my best to have clients who could work with my company due to the honest dealings that we conduct as well as the attitudes that we bring to the table of negotiation and commitment. I would appreciate my sub-ordinates who would work diligently and with proper concentration at all times. I would need their commitment levels to exceed my expectations since this is such an important undertaking within the business of the textile manufacturing company that I plan to launch soon. I envision my textile manufacturing company to produce solid results for me as this is pivotal towards my end goals and objectives. I am ready to undertake the most strenuous of tasks and activities in order to come out clean as per the operations of my textile manufacturing company so that my company becomes a winner in entirety. My textile manufacturing company is like a dream for me which I need to give a practical shape. This can only happen when me and my colleagues give in their very best and show to one and all that we can do it no matter how tough the tide is against us. I know this difference will be made in the soundest manner that there could ever be, notwithstanding the pressures and negative influences that come my way. We need to take such things with open minds and accept the nuances involved with launching a company of our magnitude. Indeed a textile manufacturing company is a dream that will live to see its practical basis in the time to come. In the end, I would suggest here that my hopes, prayers and wishes are with the proper launching of my textile manufacturing company which will mark my first step towards success. I want to make a mark for my own self and this can only be done once I launch my textile manufacturing company in the strongest possible way.
