Procedure in employment of Bob The first process in hiring Bob from UK will involve Abulaziz determining if he requires employment confirmation from the foreign country. After determining the requirement for an employment confirmation, he will be required to apply for the confirmation as he will hire Bob as a professional worker. The next step will involve application for a work permit from the country and wait for a port of entry after agreeing on the terms. 2. Employing a UEA national The process involved in hiring Noura will not be similar as the labor and employment of terms in Dubai considers the UEA National terms. The procedure will then be short as the employment of a foreign worker. 3. Payments in UEA Law The payment of Bob in a weekly basis and in Sterling is allowed as section 5 of the law states that wages can be paid on a monthly, daily or weekly basis in any currency and at any place. 8. Legal position in teenager employment The law states that a company should not employ children under the age of 15 and the employer expected to keep a special register for the children. No child is allowed to work at night in the company premises so the children of Bob will not able to be employed. 9. Safety in the place of work The employer according to the law is expected to provide appropriate safety measures to protect workers against injuries and diseases that are able to occur as a result of working conditions. The employer is also expected to provide instructions of safety at the working place. 10. Accommodation for employees ALSCONCO is in a breach of the legal duty that it is expected tom play for the workers. According to the law, the company should be able to provide suitable accommodation, food and drinking water for the employees. 11. Maternity leave Bob is not entitled to maternity leave as according to the law. The leave is only entitled to working women in the first 18 months of birth. Bob is able to obtain the two weeks leave through considering the terms of contract they were involved with the company to obtain a 30 day annual leave. 12. Wage during illness Bob is entitled to wage but not for the full wage as he wants from the employer. According to the law, an employee is entitled to full wage for the first 15 days and half wage for 30 days of sickness. This makes Bob eligible for half the wages. 13. Termination of the contract ASCONCO is not permitted by law to fire Bob while in hospital. The legal position here is that for the law to be terminated there must be an agreement between the two parties and done in writing.
