Globalisation in terms of international business refers to the process of integration and interaction of companies, governments and people of different nations due to international trade and foreign direct investment (Went 2000). Globalisation is the process by which production and marketing in different nations is continuously becoming interdependent due to the changing dynamics in the trade, capital and technology advancements (Ritzer 2010).
