Observations of the business processes within the various jobs which I undertake will be key to the effective application of this tool in enhancing my performance while working for the various companies and running my own business as well. The application of this tool within the various working stations will enhance my analytical skills as the utilisation of this tool requires analysis of statistics which are related to the business process.
