The Smallest Changes An individual can undertake various changes in his or her approach when it comes to being effective. In a similar manner, I have also come up with a different approach i.e. the smallest change that I can bring within my daily routine to become effective. Firstly, I would look at the smallest number instead of looking at the larger number. In simpler words, the effort that is required to meet the overall target within a month should be more initially. Later on, as the time will pass by, I will feel like most of the targets would be achieved (Influenceatwork).

The reason behind appointing such an approach is because I will feel that I have been able to meet the major goal already. It will give me a sense of accomplishment, and I would continue to perform effectively. It is due to this reason that I can expect myself to work more than my assigned target. Previously, I have been able to meet my target but it required me put a lot of efforts. However, the newer smallest change that I can bring in my behavior would make me assert less pressure on myself to get the work done (Influenceatwork).

Another small change would be a consideration to the precise figure rather than the rounded one. It is because rounded figures do not have a good impact on customers.
