Management 27/10/14 Organization are formed to achieve a predetermined target (Plunkett, Allen and Attner). Therefore, organization recruit expert who are knowledgeable in specific areas that address issues at stake. Moreover, a successful organization comprises of the right personnel for specific tasks. Furthermore, organization require division of labour to enable the employee achieve the highest desirable services with ease and at minimal period. It is for this reason that organizations established department that also are subdivided into smaller group tasked with specific duties.

The division of labour and specialization in the workplace has ignited changes in the reorganization of organizations around the world. Moreover, specialization has resulted to the emergence of careers destined for specific departments (Montana and Charnov). Therefore, division of labour has worked since its inception until today. Organization have earned more revenue and other benefits for achieving their goals in the short run rather than in the long run. Organization department is effective and provides detailed results that would not have been produced.

Thus, specialization has reshaped the working place to a better and more efficient groups. Moreover, specialization as a result of the division of labour has made it easy for managers to control organization better by assigning individual different tasks to oversee their completion (International Labour Conference). Specialization in organization has ensured that organization revenues are unified and controlled effective to the various department. If this were not the case, so many resources would go to waste for lack of proper channel making it possible for failure of some designated tasks in favour of others.
