I am not only supposed to acquaint myself with technical expertise such as collaborative technologies to combat future competition, but also embrace an open and transparent management style. I will also delve more into appropriate ways of sharing information with my future employees to enhance productivity. Having learned about the business world and the ways of a successful manager, I will be ready to steer my career goal to the next level. My long-term goal is to become a vice-president level at SK.

I look up to my cousin who is the Chief Executive Officer at Hyundai Construction as a role model. He has manifested outstanding management and leadership skills that have become of great influence in my quest to become a vice-president. I have acquired the academic skills needed for the position. I have a Duke MBA that I will use to achieve the dream of becoming SK vice-president and represent Duke Community. The knowledge will also assist in dealing with growth, profit, and investment dilemmas that face senior executives while making decisions.
