Comment 3 This work explores the concept of methodology in research study. It is important to that various research procedures and overall findings are hinged on methodology. This work gives an insight into the central role methodology plays in determining the outcome of any experiment or investigation under research. The introduction of the paper is well framed and gives a clear view on the significance of data collection as the starting point on research. The author emphasizes the need to take data collection as the tool to ascertain the accuracy, validity and reliability of the findings for the research to yield desirable and realistic policy recommendations (Easterby-Smith, Thorpe and Jackson, 2012). The work gives much attention to concepts that govern appropriate data collection. It can also be noticed that the author has indicated the two main types of research as either qualitative or quantitative.
The supportive facts used to strengthen the viewpoint of the author in respect of using effective communication in data collection are convincing. This is in respect of the common knowledge that oral interview or questionnaires tend to be successful on sound communication skills and proper structure. Observation as a method of data collection has also been given significant focus in regard to the need for total involvement by the researcher (Easterby-Smith, Thorpe and Jackson, 2012). Adoption of a particular methodology on choice of method for data collection and analysis serves to estimate sample population and match the objective of the study. The flow of ideas from introduction on data collection, methodology and conclusion that tackles hypothesis sheds much light on research methods to a layman. This makes this work stand out is representative of the widely used research study concepts.

...Your Comments on Film: Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner Question The Levine article s “the film does not really want to be about racial conflict but, instead, about the irrelevance of racial difference.” (Levine 374) A film about interracial relationships does not require racial conflict to be genuine, as opposed to phony. Ironically, each character in a film is a personification or “type” incorporating generalities of a larger pool of people. John was too perfect; Tillie represented the maternal nature of the black culture; Joey was all heart and emotion, but scattered; the two fathers wanted to maintain control over their children and feared the future problems of a mixed race marriage; both mothers wanted their children’s...

...Question Describe how Martin Pawley’s character reveals the overall message of racism towards Native peoples in this film and how he acts as a bridge.  The character of Martin Pawley is presented as a very strong contrast to the main character of Ethan Edwards. Ethan is completely opposed to native peoples and everything about them, while Martin reveals that he has some Indian blood in him. This taints him in a negative way as far as Ethan is concerned, and gives Ethan an opportunity to taunt him in a racist way. Both men have suffered at the hands of the Comanches, losing female relatives to raids by this native people, and they both are motivated by a desperate need to find out what happened to these women and rescue them... ... Commentary Pagan The answers by Pagan provide a vivid explanation of the architectural designs that were used by the Native Americans and the early Europeans settlers in the 16th and 17th century. I agree with Pagan that the Native Americans showed some ingenuity by using the available materials for building purposes. Their first building materials was wood in its different forms including saplings for structure, and leaves and bark that were used as finishing material. Animal skin and large bones were also used in building (Cadwalader). However, he failed to note that the foundations were made of stones. Besides, he could have cited the Cliff palace as an ancient architectural structure. It was created by the ancient Pueblo... Commentary...

...Architecture: Peer’s Comment Response to Maggie’s Post Maggie post is definitive in its of Prairie style architecture. The post carefully incorporates the major characteristics of the style that include flat roofs, grouped windows and extended eaves. The William Winslow residence chosen is an accurate example of this architectural style. Maggie also relates the style of architecture to political thought, an ingenious method of analysing architecture in relation to the political environment. However, the post fails to incorporate the interior of the Prairie style. A key characteristic is Lloyd’s use of fewer rooms as compared to preceding styles (Rust, 1). Maggie provides the characteristics of Usonian architecture. Key...

...Running head: COMMITMENTS IN RELATIONS Commitments in Relations COMMITMENTS IN RELATIONS Commitments in Relations Harmonious relations in the couple are the dream of many people today. Despite the fact that the talk is about the feelings the science has created a lot of theories of how this process should be carried. Thus four relationship states are distinguished nowadays, “happy and stable, unhappy and stable, happy and unstable, unhappy and unstable” (210). The balance between selfishness and sacrifice is needed to save a relationship and, of course, the commitments become an intension in the question of continuing the relations. Three kinds of commitments are recognized: personal, constraint and moral (211). Benjamin Le... head:...

Supervisors in the Generation Y and X there will be enhanced communication and understanding. Comment 3 Downsizing always entails a reduction in employee numbers. There is simply no other method for downsizing apart from dismissal. It involves ordering or allowing someone to leave. The best approach is voluntary resignation with exit incentives. Exit incentives allow employees to leave the firm either through optional severance or early retirement. This option is best as it recognizes employees for their service and enables companies to retain the remaining employees. Comment 4 The best supervisors are those that fall in the Generation X category. Whether one comes into the organization as a generation Y, to be a...
