Disney, because of the need to retain its top position in the industry, has worked towards ensuring that it gives free rein to its employees so that they can be able to develop better ideas without interference from management. For this to happen, however, this company has created an environment where its employees feel at home to ensure that there is a constant increase in their creative output, without which the company would not survive long in the market.
The comfortable working environment which has been developed for its employees has made it possible for this company to attract the best talent in the industry to work within its ranks. Disney has followed the path of other companies in the industry by allowing itself to be influenced by the impersonal nature of the working environment. It has been realized that the development of such environment more often than not leads to the stifling of the initiative among employees. Disney has chosen to retain an environment where its employees are provided with the best opportunity to work as well as to be innovative.
