Creativity Describe the thinking characteristic of each brain quadrant of the hermann model. Give an example ofbehavior for each quadrant.
The Hermann whole brain model is a tool that tries to identify the personality characteristics. The Hermann whole brain model is divided into four quadrants. These include upper left (A), lower left (B), lower right(C), and upper right (D). The quadrants are characterized as: A- being rational self, B- as safe keeping, C- feeling self, and D- experimental self. Rational self knows how things work, knows about money and likes numbers. He/she is critical, logical, quantifies and analyzes. Safekeeping self, plans, is timely, neat, organizes, reliable, gets things done and takes preventative action. Feeling self feels, takes a lot, is emotional, repressive, and supportive, likes to teach and is sensitive of others. Experimental self- imagines, is curious, likes surprises, speculates, and is impetuous takes risks (Korkmaz, 2014).
2. Discuss two reasons why intelligence does not necessarily result in good thinking.
Intelligence does not necessarily reflect in good thinking. This is true because an increase in the intelligence level can only lead to a better life, health, and the standard of living. Intelligence forms part of the good approach to life. Good or deep thinking in life it is not adequate to just react to events, and situations. It is correct that intelligence does not result in good thinking.
3. Write a creative explanation of "parading shift" and include your own illustration
Parading shift can involve change of the basic assumptions by aligning them in a way from one action to another. Parading shift can be so helpful for instance both in faith and businesses. For example in business or in the market place one can learn how deal with money by saving, keeping records for one self in order to refer in future and you can’t exclude budgeting. In faith you can gain spiritual activation, enlightenment, and healing. Parading shift is necessary for one to utilize.
4. Brainstorm and then describe a home environment that would foster creativity in people of all ages. Do two versions one where money is not a limiting factor, and do an analysis of the result: which version had the more creative ideas? Did have the constraints restrict or encourage your creative thinking.
People usually become creative when the money is the secondary motivator to them. Money leads one or can motivate a person to discover incredible products, design great arts and even invent revolutionary firms in their environment. It doesn’t matter the age bracket of a person but money drives him/her to venture in it. When people have a good base for money that sets them comfortable, they use the monetary rewards to make them do the creative jobs perfectly. When there are no rewards that can demotivate a person to perform a creative art, job or, even getting involved in the creative activity. This can limit people to make attempt because others think it is not an economic generating activity. Therefore money and other physical resources are crucial to creativity (Korkmaz, 2014).
5."Whether you are looking at your job, your organization, or your personal life, creativity does not just happen plan for it" what does this statement mean to your personally? Write up a concrete that would illustrate and implement this principle,
Creativity is something which is initiated, it does not occur naturally. Planning is an approach or criteria of coming up with operational standards for an organization where one works or even at individual level. In most cases people boycott planning because they perceive that it is hectic. Little do they realize that planning is imperatively significant hence can make them be successful in their routine endeavors. Creative planning is required in all sectors for instance in the teaching, in social and cultural processes, strategic planning and management of programs (Korkmaz, 2014).
Behavior, parading and good thinking can be part of management creativity. Especially creativity can enable you perform the tasks to the expected standards. Behavior can also help in teaming up with the like-minded which is more fulfilling.

...CREATIVITY Introduction The attempt on action research project conducted with a group of KS3 design and technology students at secondary school in Newbury showed quite some important insights on the aspects of creativity. The project was aimed to investigate learner perspective of creativity within design. It was also studied in the context of technology and how the view can be expressed in relation to the formulation of a scheme of works. Arts & Creativity

...Performing arts as well as visual arts are cultural expressions of people from various parts of the world down the ages, and each of them have distinctive characteristics all their own. Painting, music, theater, and dance have each developed in their own genres with the help of different techniques, and disparate backgrounds. Painting is a visual art, more static than dynamic, it remains the same over time. It may influence other painters and paintings but itself remains the same, unlike works of performing arts like theater and dance which can be performed in different versions. Painting is a one-time performance, any repeat performances are just copies. More often than not, it is an individual effort, and in rare cases a group...

This is not to say that experience is not important – in fact experience and current education are not mutually exclusive but rather complement each other. As a...

...5 November Creativity through Performing Arts: Ingenuity and Passion Creativity is not an inherent trait because people can enhance their creativity. My own foray into the performing arts allowed me to tackle specific challenges to imaginative art. When I came to study at Worcester Academy, I learned about the D.I team (Destination Imagination). DI members enjoy being creative and the challenges that go with it. Last year, we had a competition, where we needed to produce a movie trailer. We only had $200 to cover our production costs. To maximize our meager funds, we used recycled and natural ingredients. Through experiences, it is possible to learn how to be...
