2. Discuss two reasons why intelligence does not necessarily result in good thinking.
Intelligence does not necessarily reflect good thinking. This is true because an increase in intelligence level can only lead to a better life, health, and standard of living. Intelligence forms part of the good approach to life. Good or deep thinking in life is not adequate to just react to events and situations. It is correct that intelligence does not result in good thinking.

3. Write a creative explanation of the "parading shift" and include your illustration

Parading shift can involve a change of the basic assumptions by aligning them in a way from one activity to another. Parading shift can be so helpful for instance both in faith and businesses. For example, in business or the market place one can learn how to deal with money by saving, keeping records for oneself to refer to in the future and you can’t exclude budgeting. In faith, you can gain spiritual activation, enlightenment, and healing. Parading shift is necessary for one to utilize.
4. Brainstorm and then describe a home environment that would foster creativity in people of all ages. Do two versions one where money is not a limiting factor, and analyze the result: which version had the more creative ideas? Did the constraints restrict or encourage your creative thinking?

People usually become creative when money is the secondary motivator to them. Money leads one or can motivate a person to discover incredible products, design great art and even invent revolutionary firms in their environment. It doesn’t matter the age bracket of a person but money drives him/her to venture into it. When people have a good base for money that sets them comfortable, they use the monetary rewards to make them do creative jobs perfectly. When there are no rewards that can demotivate a person to perform a creative art, or job or, even get involved in the creative activity. This can limit people to attempt because others think it is not an economic generating activity. Therefore money and other physical resources are crucial to creativity (Korkmaz, 2014).

5."Whether you are looking at your job, your organization, or your personal life, creativity does not just happen plan for it" What does this statement mean to you personally? Write up concrete that would illustrate and implement this principle,

Creativity is something that is initiated, it does not occur naturally. Planning is an approach or criteria for coming up with operational standards for an organization where one works or even at the individual level. In most cases, people boycott planning because they perceive that it is hectic. Little do they realize that planning is imperatively significant hence can make them successful in their routine endeavors. Creative planning is required in all sectors for instance in teaching, social and cultural processes, strategic planning, and management of programs (Korkmaz, 2014).

Behavior, parading, and good thinking can be part of management creativity. Especially creativity can enable you to perform tasks to the expected standards. Behavior can also help in teaming up with the like-minded which is more fulfilling. Read More
