Organizational culture influences the conduct of different people in an organization so that it enhances the cooperation between the people involved but this is reinstated by the involvement of the leadership and the role it plays to enhance the employees.
In combining the notion of the two paragraphs, the notion that leadership and the business model that organizations have worked together to enhance the participation of employees. This implies that with a combination of all the people in the organization's leadership style that enhance the participation of employees and a good business model within a culture that creates a conducive environment for all the members, it is possible to optimize productivity.
The two paragraphs, however, indicate some differences in that while paragraph one indicates the importance of leadership in enhancing the participation and commitment of employees, paragraph two indicates that the good business model helps an organization to adapt to a change and keeps the employees focused on fulfilling the goals of the company at hand (Ahmad & Gelaidan. 2011).
