Leaders: Every organization, house, a sports team has ahead. The head plays a vital role in bringing together individuals. Leaders are those people who lead a group of people who are gathered for a collective cause. The accomplishment of that cause largely depends upon the skills and practical implementation of strategies.International leader’s traits:There are international leaders, and there are those who lead a small group of members who are under the umbrella of one organization and unit.

The scope of activities of international leaders is quite large. For example, Nelson Mandela can be quoted as one who led an entire nation for the cause of unity and freedom from chains of racial slavery (Magoon & Kaiser, 2008).The characteristic features of a leader include his ability to withstand the opposition, make the right decisions, ability to hold on to the ground despite the difficulties and unite people of a different kind under one roof regardless of their social and racial differences.

Organizational level leader:On a relatively different scale, the unions that are an essential part of organizations seek a leader for putting forward their agendas and serving the rights of labors and workers. This form of leadership applies to organizational leadership skills.
