The performance of system implementation revolves around how well the management is meeting its goals and timelines during the implementation of the strategy. An examination of the current economics of the business is important to assess as to whether there is a need to change the strategic plan.The purpose of system implementation depends on “what has changed or what is or will be changing in the environment?” Depending on these changes one can envision the long-term goals for the organization.

This helps an organization make improvements in the system that will help in the organization’s growth (Monk and Wagner 34). The process refers to the work that needs to be done to achieve the desired goals. It involves the steps that must be carried out and the individuals involved in implementing these procedures. It aims at identifying inefficiencies in different processes, means of improving these processes, and the need to adjust organization resources.The reason as to why it is necessary to understand the concepts of IT implementation when managing organizational change is because an implementation concept is an important building block for the successful management of an organization.

The concepts of Its implementation define the necessary framework conditions that make organizational change possible. There are a number of advantages to strategic planning for organizational change by the use of an implementation process. First, the continued strategic process is well defined. Secondly, the implementation concept has the effect of being a binding internal plan (Galoppin and Cams 128).Another reason as to why the concepts of IT implementation is important is that it helps in the selection of building blocks necessary for the development of the organization.

It also helps adapt these building blocks to the organization’s existing framework conditions. This allows for the smooth management of the organization as it undergoes these changes. Understanding the concepts of IT implementation is vital since there are a number of factors that can affect the success of organizational change. These factors include various organizational cultures, various working procedures, the existence or non-existence of support by the political leadership, the commitment of the employees to the current situation with regard to gender inequality (Khan 51).
