The basic aim of this project is to present and implement the stakeholder and governance analyses techniques on the project of Micro-Finance Bangladesh. In this report I will identify the main stakeholders that are associated and have an influence on this project. Grameen bank has initiated this project to support the poor people for building and providing better housing facilities. Introduction The aim of this project implementation supports the poor rural community of the Bangladesh by lending money for housing. Grameen bank has taken the responsibility to support and poor rural community of the Bangladesh. Grameen bank is the largest rural credit institution for poor in Bangladesh started to lend money for housing. Here in this report I will present a detailed stockholder and governance analyses regarding the implementation of this project. AIMS This project has following aims: To help the poor rural community Bangladesh Poverty alleviation Improve the living stander of the people of Bangladesh Improve the basic living facilities in the rural areas Stakeholders In this part of report I will present the stockholder analysis. I will use different stockholder analysis techniques for this purpose. This is community development project that is aimed to facilitate and improve the living style of the poor people of the Bangladesh. The biggest stakeholder in this scenario is the Grameen Bank. The responsibility of this stakeholder is providing less interest rate for the poor people so that they feel easy to return the loan. Next the government of Bangladesh needs to establish such policy that facilities the bank and as well as the general public for this project. Project manger has a very big responsibility in this project. First we have to build the interest among the people regarding this project then we have to manage this project in such a way that it becomes easier to handle all aspects. Scope After detailed analysis of this project I have analyzed that this project is really helpful and effective for the rural communities of the Bangladesh. This project will add values to the lives of the poor people of the Bangladesh. Grameen Bank has taken a strong step for the betterment of the Bangladeshi people. As a result this project will help to enhance the basic living facilities in the rural areas of the Bangladesh. Context The stockholders and strategic governance analysis that I have conducted will facilitate in the following scenarios: Grameen Bank will be able to identify the interested parties in this project Government sector turn out to have a better understanding of the project This will also helpful for the classify the main project supports Helps to Plan the project in a better way Significance The study that i have conducted regarding the basic stockholders and strategic governance analysis will be really significant in the following areas: better resource planning financial assistance community development in Bangladesh helps to Grameen Bank to target the real community that need this project Identified the main financial stockholders Bringing the significance of this project to public Conclusion In this report I have presented and analyzed the main stakeholders of this project that is aimed to the better community development in Bangladesh. In this report I have identified the main interested and effective parties that have influence or effect on this project regarding its execution.
