Google’s job is to integrate and categorize the world’s information to one place and make it commonly available and practical. Mental plex is its great ability which is that it reads your mind before the users write their requirements. Google is the most visited site among the other search engines. Google has great mid-term projection with Android, YouTube, and Chrome, the worldwide mobile and web market share gains. One of the recent innovations by Google is Self-Driving Car. Google has claimed that it is the only car which drives on its own. The car utilizes video cameras, sensors and a laser finder to keep a track of other interchange, in addition to detailed maps to navigate the road (Girard, 2009, p. 40-60). 2. Context 2.1 Innovative Strategies The other innovation by Google is the sorting of junk from important material and organizes it to help you spotlight on the messages that matter. And it allows a user of Gmail through your computer's microphone and speakers to call anyone with a phone at the lowest costs. The news in the air is that Google will soon disclose its new innovation which is named as Nexus 7. It is a tablet of the price same as the Kindle Fire and it pretty much has the same capabilities. Google has planned not to stop innovating new products and in upcoming years more such mind bobbling gadgets will surely rule the minds of the people (Bosker, 2013, p. 20--24). 2.2 Google Remarkable Innovations Google is on the watch out for its third most important commercial hit after proper research and marketing. The main element of innovation is their far-reaching and forceful usage of data and testing for supporting thoughts. Google spotlight more on analytics and data goes far away from that of most business and still it is contained by contact of most organization for adopting an analytics driven advancement to assessing innovation. Google make use of prediction markets proposes that it has elevated place and significance on the intelligence and beliefs of employees (Dalal, 2011, p. 117-150). 2.3 Organization Google Inc. is an American international corporation which provides Internet associated products and services, together with internet search, cloud computing, software and marketing technologies. 2.4 People Google really value their people and appreciate them for their working. They hire individuals who are smart and focused. They always favour abilities of individuals as opposed to their experiences. The company is always in search of people from all walks of life. They support multicultural environment and favours multi languages reflecting the global audiences. They have maintained an open culture environment in which every person feels comfortable in sharing ideas and opinions. Their entire organizational culture supports and encourages interaction between Googlers within and across teams which endorses a culture of growing. 3. Process 3.1 Search Google Glass is one of the most revolutionary products of the current century. It is a major breakthrough in the modern technological world of today and is years ahead and far more advanced than smart phones. While using similar features that are used in most of the latest smart phones like the iPhone or Samsung S3, Google Glass is a pair of glasses that features a heads up display which has a 720p camera built into it along with a microphone and an earpiece. It is the next leap into the world of hands free communication. Thus with the Google Glass, Google brings the augmented fantasy from science fiction novels and movies into reality much sooner than previously perceived and expected. 3.2 Select 3.2.1 Google Glasses Google glass which is a pair of glasses is an integrated series of processors, sensors and communication devices helps the user to connect with others in societies and at public places. It provides instantaneous information and records events. Google Glass clearly indicates where the future of mobile computing seems to be heading. High-tech wearable computers like Google Glass are bound to alter and perk up our lives whether it is related to education, shopping, business or navigation. Google Glass improves functions which are already offered by smart phones and tablets like business online conferences, navigation and connecting to social networks. Google glass has a huge advantage over many other devices that it creates a hands-free occurrence that is more normal as it can be worn rather carried (Karman, Diaha, Futterknechtc, & Gebeshubera, 2011, p. 1-9). 3.2.2 Google Glass Music Library Google Glass is heavily integrated into the enhanced actual glasses. It is a need of the stream of music to be played by connecting to a powerful broadband network but the thought behind it that users will be capable to right to use the Google Music library from the glasses and stream HD audio files from the cloud is a noteworthy technical progression (google, 2013). 3.2.3 Google Glass Photo Sharing Another fundamental feature of the Google glasses device is the instant photo sharing which is captured through using voice-activated commands. In addition to the features of Google glasses Users are also allowed to manage the calendar so it at all times materializes in one of the screens on one of the lenses. This permits user to for all time have admittance to their contemporary schedule without having a look on their smart phones or laptops. Google glass is the biggest innovation by Google co-founder Sergey Brin. It has made the lives easier with no burden of carrying devices in bags or hands (Bernstein, 2013). 3.2.4 Google Glass Wi-Fi Hotspot Google choose to demo their latest product by throwing out of the plane with attached humans. This shows that one can take snaps of memorable living moments. Apart from serving as a camera, these goggles have characteristics’ which are behind the extraordinary speed of these glasses. The information searched by the user is immediately provided to the user on glasses screen. Though the person using the glasses can see the information no one else can. There are a few possibilities here, of course. Google Glass is designed to merely make use of phone’s Wi-Fi hotspot to get a hold of becoming online, but that would employ a lot of battery power equally on cell phone and on Glass. As much as consumer-facing technology is associated, Google Glass seems to be of some importance as being a wearable computing devices it can also hold an extensive amount of data. This property of Google glass is beneficial for the education system which is changing rapidly from traditional reading methods to online educational products (google, 2013). 3.2.5 Google Glass a Map Guide Google Glass is the hallucination of a programmable human being. As it is evident that in the future, it’s completely promising that the eye will get associated to a new type of brain, amplified to process huge amounts of data streaming. We will commune and correspond with each other and the networks that unite to different parts of our bodies; the natives in our different associations and the machines that we supervise will all be in a totally new dimension (Bosker, 2013). Goggles serve as a map guide to the users as well providing them information ant traffic problem, if occurring, along with the updates of the routes that they should take to reach a specific place. Google innovation of these glasses will definitely upgrade the life of many people as they there mails and important reminders are all saved in there glasses and hence available to them all the time. No issue of internet access or any reminder issues. Google has prepared substantive investment in developing the capability to innovate productively in this rapidly varying business situation. This company has always developed ground-breaking approaches to organizational civilization and innovative processes that keep on to magnetize high quality employees. The dream for how Google Glass relates to business is abundant and frequently just blind conjecture. It will change the approach we live and work but only as much as we exist and be trained to adapt it to the items and customs of our ancient times (Williams, 2013, p. 26-30). 3.2.6 Google Glass voice commands The applications of this project of Google are activated through the voice commands and Google's eye-tracking software notices which application the user needs to trigger. Through the eye tracking software, glasses detect your eye ball’s movement which can accidently execute an action where your eyes are viewing at the object, be it the sky or floor. This multi-texting gadget The Google glass which is also known as “wearable computing” requires no touching of hands to operate them, it will make it easier for people to take snaps and record videos wherever they might be or whatever they might be doing. Photos are stored locally, but users can decide on to robotically share them to the cloud, like Instant Upload in Google+ (Williams, 2013). Its user can easily perform an online search just by commanding the Google glass to look up for the specific piece of information. The inventor of Google glass found web browsing activity more mouth watering than the facial recognition. Other than voice commands it holds the exterior buttons to fulfill their required instructions. 3.3 Capture/Routine The wearer of Google glass can set reminders just by saying “Remind me to” for a certain job. The wearer can set reminders of anything at anytime. The maximum time limit for the Google glass is six hours after a single charged as the entire motto of Google for this head-mounted gadget was to make it light as much as they could but Google also wants it to run for the whole day. Google will make that possible too. It has been predicted that the upcoming designs of Google Glass would allow the compilation of display into normal eyewear. The product will be available in early 2013 mainly in USA and the goal of Google is to sell it below $1,500, where as the consumer version will be available by the end of 2013 (google, 2013). When work is more than a job, solid results can be achieved repeatedly. Having a mission to potentially touch and move thousands of lives from within is a target set by only the most radical of innovators. Google Glass is proof of the ‘Think big but start small’ pillar of innovation which has been used by Google to their advantage and they have created a product that will help millions of individuals of the world. When they first started the Google Glass project many said this plan was too ambitious and reaching their set targets was extremely farfetched. However the hard working people at Google rolled up their sleeves and worked tirelessly day in and day out to get somewhere and when their relentless efforts in the end bore fruits (Dalal, 2011). 4. Conclusions If you compare the Google Glass to some of the best smartphones that Google has to offer, the Google Glass is far more advanced, easier to use while posing no threat to its user in any way shape or form. A smartphone or a phone for that matter never really becomes one with a person and it is the individuals that rely on their phones rather than the other way around as it is supposed to, technology and gadgets were made to make everyday living easier for the common man however even though smartphones have bridged that gap certainly, there is still a lot of room for making amends. The Google Glass however, may just be the right tool that not only fixes that void but offers numerous new possibilities all the while making life easier. The Google Car which has made its way on the public roads of California and can be used legally, as of recent is also a great product that symbolizes mans never ending thirst for technological innovation and advancements and how no stone will be left unturned to make a dream a reality.
