These have been my guiding principles in my efforts to complete the project. The key is to adhere to the goals and timelines, keep focused on the desired results, and carefully consider each output. Most importantly, keeping an updated tasklist, project and budget monitoring, and constantly checking for risks and dependencies also enables the project team as a whole to stay focused on the tasks on hand.
