The narrator is trying to tell that an individual has everything when is living but when he is dead he has nothing and is unwanted. The poet has a deep meaning which pushes the readers to know the importance of life in this world. I think that the poem was beautifully crafted by Charles to let one know about how much life is important in this world. The poem was written classically to show the face of death to the readers and to show its effects to the readers.
