The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission collaborated to create the website that represents the independent statute entity with duties under three significant laws. The laws are the 2010 Equal Opportunity Act, the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001, and the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act of 2006.
