Major points made The most affected by the fire are the pregnant women and children because they will suffocate due to smoke. People should always work towards preventing fire outbreaks by ensuring there is no leakage of fire. The fire departments are working towards ensuring there are minimal cases of fire. Aspects of structure/organization The introduction of the speech was good with the main purpose of the speech being to address fire outbreak and how to handle the situation. Craig sequenced the point appropriately because from the speech; the points could be understood, and they were flowing. The signs portrayed by the interpreter beside Craig were of despair and warning signs that were meant to educate the victims. He also concluded by ensuring that the people within the country will always have a quick action when it comes to fire outbreak. Delivery clarity Craig was able to communicate clearly by raising the voice so that all people got to hear the message. The pitch of his voice was appropriate for the crowd and the press near. He did not concentrate on the emotional part due to the damages brought by fire. His tone was clear since he was passing an important message, and hence he addressed them with clear tone. However, he was not good when it comes to pronouncing some words, and it was difficult to hear some words which were poorly pronounced. The data analysis was done through the use of statistical programs for social sciences. The data was obtained through construction of questions that focused on the means of communication used by professionals in the hospital and the managers in charge of crisis.
