PRIVATE MEDIA GROUP, INC The Private Media Group, Inc has always been known to me as electronic products selling companies with huge reputation. It operates in the online sales of products through some user friendly interfaces that form the main mode of its operation. Customers can make orders online and purchase their electronic products online. However, I came to realize that this company was not involved in selling of electronic goods but they offered distribution of electronic contents primarily across Europe. It’s one of the leading distributors of the services.
Its finances have grown over the years with assets growing over the period of four years by 20 billion Euros between 2009 and 2013. Its current liabilities have witnessed unsteady change, increasing between 2009 and 2011 and decreasing steadily between 2012 and 2013. Both the shareholders equity and borrowings have been at acceptable levels. This company is economically stable and growing upwards.
FREEDOM COMMUNICATION, INC
This is the company that has been advocating for standards of media communication that observes certain values and principles of integrity, liberty and voluntary press. The financial muscles of this Santa Ana based communication company have grown over the years. It has seen a steady growth in terms of the profits accrued over the period of five years from 2009 to 2013. This has seen the marginal profit go to figures above 12 million US dollars. Its long term obligations have also decreased with huge little marginal figures between 2009 and 2013 to an amount of 11 billion US dollars. The rate of recuperation for this company is admirable and it’s one of the fastest growing companies.
COMMERCIAL PRESS OF CHINA
This company is one of the major modern publishers in the rapidly growing economy of China. The company operates mostly on the cultural publications. It operates on academic material and referencing tools with Chinese dictionaries like the Xhinua dictionary. This company has grown in revenue with 2005 figures amounting to about 540 Yuan. The company has also realized profits of over 50 million Yuan over the period of time form 2005. The company majors in reference book publishing which contribute over 60% of the profit. I think the production strategy should be changed as the company relies majorly on the production of reference books. This can be disastrous for the company if returns in this area of business go down. It should therefore distribute the publications evenly across all the products it offers for more security.
DISCOVERY COMMUNICATIONS
This is a television network providing company with numerous TV channels with 40 different languages that attracts viewership across the seven continents of the world. It also has websites that conform to their brands plus the online streaming with famous channels like Discovery World. It also enjoys partnerships with other networks like the Oprah Winfrey Network. It has made several acquisitions world over. The company’s revenues grew by 7.7% between 2011 and 2012 to figures of about 4487 million US dollars. The company however realized a decrease in its profits in 2012 to around 1855 million US dollars. Even though the company makes profits, there is still no stability in its structures to assure steady profit. This therefore calls for need to improve on the strategies of doing business. Read More

Hamlet - Final reactions

...? Hamlet is such a wonderful character because of his complex and conflicted nature. Calling him simply one thing, or trying to reduce him to a specific type is a very difficult thing to do. The best that can be done to minimize Hamlet into a simple category is to seek for a common thread that combines his many natures. In contemplating his interactions with Ophelia, Horatio, Gertrude, Polonius and Claudius it becomes apparent that Hamlet is truly little more than a spoiled royal baby that is in need of rationality and self control. He is appears to be the possessor of a multitude of emotional gifts, but the master of none. One word that I would use to describe Hamlet is impetuous. Hamlet seems to react to almost every situation... Hamlet is...

Reactions to Industrial Domination

...Reactions to Industrial Domination Introduction Progressive reaction to industrial domination had a lot to do with the reforms needed to improve the way of life such as social injustices, poverty and social inequalities I believe that the above statement is true in relation to the food industry. Moslems worship Allah, the God, who is the only god over the people. They deny the trinity offered by Christianity as the distortion of the divine truth.
