Notably, these philosophical understandings have been contributed different using different concepts of each contributor. Most of the philosophers have used the diagrams concept in describing valid different reasoning among different persons and cultures. According to Sowa, every person has a valid independent reasoning that usually differ in their actual performance especially in examining and following the logistics inferences of such understandings. Sowa noted in his conceptual analysis that human beings’ reasoning usually involved information obtained from different media (Sowa, 1984). Pictures and diagrams are among the oldest forms of communication that are known globally. Moreover, they create platform of mathematics and logistic reasoning. Sowa acknowledge the effectiveness in of pictures and diagrams in his conceptual analysis. Additionally, Sowa also hinted on the future reasoning and the knowledge of principia mathematica (Sowa, 1984). Sowa’s contribution also discusses the schemata nature that he presents his argument using jazz and epic poems. Using these pieces of art, Sowa noted that despite the difference in understanding and contribution of different persons in different aspects, in form of communication has a distinct pattern and form as well as grammar. However, Sowa noted that the conceptual relativity ranges from the nature and type of spaces to the aspect of communication. Generally, it appears that Sowa had certain degree of pleasure in using and citing early sources that contributed to the conceptual analysis. It is worth noting that some of the early sources were never fully informed and grounded in the conceptual analysis. In understanding the linguistic contribution of a person, history is vital in understanding the semantic nets of a people. Therefore, Sowa’s involvement of historic aspect is vital in understanding linguistic distribution and differences that also distinguishes different understanding of people on a similar concept. Finally, it is worth noting Sowa’s contribution to the understanding of behaviorism in line with conceptual analysis. Sowa regards behaviorism as intelligent assistant model and he calls it “Superclerk”. Sowa notes that different people behave differently and such difference in behaviors may be attributed for by different environment that persons originate. In his contribution and writing, Sowa uses simple, clear, and instructive writing and argument that is sometimes profound towards easing understanding of his conceptual contributions to different people with different contribution and from different backgrounds (Sowa, 1984). Moreover, he used startlingly bold statements with sermonic clarity that reflects truth and revelation is the people’s mind. Hence, it is worth noting that each person’s behavior can be changes despite their environmental origin if they are exposed to simple but effective communication environment. In other words, behaviors can change with persons are subjected to simple truthful revelations. Sowa contributed in numerous aspects of conceptual analysis; however, the concepts discussed above are quiet vital in understanding the nature of humanity and their daily contribution in the society (Sowa, 1984). Notably, these concepts help in understanding why people differ especially in understanding concepts. Therefore, understanding the same as contributed by Sowa, enable different persons to respect and appreciate the understanding and contribution of different people in the society. Hall: Pictures and A Thousand Words It is true and without doubts, pictures and paints among other portraits usually portray more than a thousand words. Hall has numerous collection of different and distinctive visual images with thousands photographs and paints. These images and photos are composed of contemporary and historical events. Moreover, they present different situation some of joyful moments, anticipation, and those that let tears loose. Others depict great artistic works and skills. The image can depict different situation in live and the cultural practice of the society that author’s mind was set when drafting the image. Notably, there are some cultures and cultural practices that are oriented to sporting; hence, on the same light the bot in the portrait may be demonstrating what he often see their people perform. In his posture, he seems to tossing a discus stone which is often known for numerous sporting events across the globe. Additionally, the portrait is of a nude boy a culture that is not common in this century. Therefore, the portrait tries to depict the nature and the normalcy that was in human’s history where clothing was not a common factor with young people especially boys who were known to roam naked. Concluding on this portrait, it is worth noting that it portrays that some activities especially sporting activities are never thing or activities that started long into the human history most of which originated by hunting. It should be noted analyzing a single or a single set of photos will help in determining a lot of information without seeking the real persons or nature in such photos to help in explaining their situation as presented in such specific photos. Most of the artwork especially pictorials are usually vital in enhancing art and architectural work. Different patterns of doing things usually create different impression and bring different aesthetic values and portray certain degree of quality of the object. For instance, the above portrait originates from arranging of title of the same sizes in a unique way to bring a design pattern that depicts creativity in the society. Such pattern usually complements nature and adds value to it. Conclusively, pictures just like words communicate a lot to the readers. They help in expressing and creating forms of the aftermath of certain situations while other reveal what was happening at a particular moment or in history. In other words, pictures are store of information or data that the reader is at their own disgrace to depict the information portrayed by the picture or paint. However, every event is usually facilitated by another and the same is usually depicted by these paints and images. For example, the above boy’s portrait may have different analysis that may sometimes outweigh the developers thinking; nonetheless, all the information portrayed by the same can be justified from different point of view. The photo may as well portray a clash in the mordacity and the historical norms of the society; however, it blends and brings together the element of similarity of these two different persons in history in relation to certain activities which in this case is the sporting nature of human beings in kind. On the other hand, certain portraits such as the tile patterns above shows how nature and artificial modesty can be complement and supplement each other to add to nature sense of quality and aesthetics. Therefore, it is worth noting that paints and portraits and significant in their different ways and forms. Senge: Experientialism and Mental Models The Senge’s mental model is encompassed in simple assumptions including values and beliefs. These assumptions may be highly embedded in an individual’s own situation or they may be just generalized. For instance, the assumption that people are untrustworthy is a broad belief. However, this notion can be made too specific by stating that marketers can never be trusted (Senge, 2006). Additionally, one may state that customers who complain are just trouble makers. It should be noted that these two examples are simple mental models that are specifically touching on human behavior. For instance, in the last example, one person may regard the customers as persons in need of help while other only see them as troublemakers. Notably, people especially organizations usually create beliefs that they intend to adopt towards promoting other people. For instance, the organizations leaders usually put increasingly more stock statements that are positive corporate values including “the customer is ever right” or “the organizational goals are to exceed customers’ expectations” (Senge, 2006). These value statements are usually incorporated in the organizational management to influence the organization culture towards a clean positive effect on employees’ behaviors to the customers. Therefore, if this is the case, the employees are never expected to regard customers’ questions among other concerns or inquiries as troubles. It should be noted that this is my personal experience with mental model. The above stated organizational values statements are usually used in demonstrating different between espouse theory (what people believe) and the in action theory (values that drive people’s behavior). For instance, ma companies usually place positive corporate values to their customers as their first priority, for instance, meeting the needs of their customers; however, the reality is that the employees and the system treat the same needs of the customers as secondary. This is usually so since the employees and the system are ever working at the convenience of the company (Senge, 2006). Noting from this really, it is apparent that the real models are usually very much different from the organizational value statement. This takes us back to the general or broad believe that people are untrustworthy. The organizations just like the employees in one way or the other see customers as troublemakers, yet in the value statement, they portray that they value customer needs, wants, and inquisitions. Therefore, as postulated by Senge, it is vital to discuss and uncover the real beliefs and values that influence human behavior as well as the groups’ behavior within an organization. Negative and limited mental models will ever slow down the progress and development of an organization; thus, they should be eliminated and eradicated at all costs (Senge, 2006). Moreover, in considering reversing these negative and limited mental models, there is dire need to acknowledge that there are some believes that are common to humanity. Nonetheless, trainer usually think that teaching people on positive and long range of mental models is easy since they believe people are usually able to change and develop their knowledge, attitude, skills, and performance. I differ with is notion, changing people along certain beliefs and traditions is quite difficult to achieve.
