The project seeks to coordinate and maintain the records of the professional development of its employees spread across Colorado, Illinois, Texas and Florida. The project is estimated to cost the organization three hundred thousand dollars. 1.3 Authorization This project charter formally authorizes the existence of the project and the Project Name. It seeks to provide resources to run the activities to the manager of the project.
