The book is relevant to this study because it provides knowledge and methodologies of how to enhance quality in organizations and companies. The article is essential and relevant to this study because it provides the knowledge that can be used to circumvent the challenges that are prevalent in the current business environment. Sarah Caffyn, on the other hand, has spend most of her time researching Continuous Improvement as an associate of the CIRCA. The article is relevant such that it provides an effectual tool that can be proposed to organizations to overcome the risk of failing during project implementation. Instead, he proposes a tested “Make Certain Program” that helps to indicate how acknowledge and protect against problems that can cause unnecessary costs to the organization. The authors adopt the wide accepted research methodologies in reviewing existing literature on BPM. They analyze ten business processes management maturity models based on the framework of general design rules. The article is relevant to this study because it contains crucial information about BPM maturity models that can help in the analysis of this research. Roglinger Maximilian has contributed more knowledge about information management systems and BPM models and he now works at FIM Research Center Finance and Information Management at the University of Augsburg in Augsburg, Germany.
