Network Management Metric Affiliation Network management is very essential to any organization. This comes in especially given the advent technological requirements for any organization to remain competitive in the industry and market. Network management influences businesses in various ways as through the total cost of the network owner, revenues generated from communication services in the business, and the values attributed to the network properties with respect to its availability. This paper looks at network management metric for assessing network management effectiveness within an enterprise network and a service-provider network.
These ideas are highly useful in reducing the organization’s ownership costs. The management can also gain revenues based on additional opportunities associated with the network. Effective network management could as well increase work value, which in turn will assist in boosting revenues. Effectiveness of the organization’s network can be done by determining the productivity of the operator, the network management and its impact on revenues, the network reliability and availability, as well as its service (Hanemann, Liakopoulos, Molina, & Swany, 2014).
In the course of measuring the metric of operator productivity, the number of devices that can be supported by operator ports. This is done by tracking down any troubles and how fast they are resolved. The network management impact on revenue is done by considering the number of customers lost within a specified time including the reasons for such losses (Hanemann, Liakopoulos, Molina, & Swany, 2014).
There chat below shows the network management metric for assessing network management effectiveness within an organization. Aspects like network usability, requirements, and most relevant network operations are considered. All these aspects are explained in relation to factors like aggregation in time, aggregation in space, and concatenation in space (Hanemann, Liakopoulos, Molina, & Swany, 2014).
Aggregation in time
Aggregation in space
Concatenation in space
Definition
Aggregate measurements regarding same scope as well as type performed within time instants or time windows
Aggregate measurements regarding same type, but from different scope
Concatenate measurements for same type, achieved on consecutive paths
Usability
Reduction of collected data volume
Provision of a summary of metric value regarding network elements or even links within a domain
Combining the results obtained from various measurements to estimate e2e performance regarding longer paths
Requirement
NA
NA
Taking measurements in consecutive links is required
NA
The measurements have to be done within the same time-frame
Measurements need to be done with exactly the same packet type such as size and ToS among others. In the case of space aggregation, this aspect applies specifically to physical space aggregation. Local space aggregations are typically over packet properties.
The collection of measurements need to be done during the time window. If not the case, measurements need to be weighted.
Weighting measurements need to be done in accordance with link characteristics.
NA
A comparable accuracy need to be ensured in measurements
The performance of network operations need to done over an adequate set of data.

...Secret Banking Elite Rules Trading in Derivatives I agree that the cost of trading derivatives should be made public and should be required to beregulated. It seems fraudulent that the fees are hidden and that one powerful group has control over the entire derivative trade market. I believe that the derivative market should be subject to competition just as every other facet of business is. There should be organizations taking them on. These organizations should strive to get politicians on their side so that there can be fair debate within the political arena in order to get the derivative market regulated. This seems to be to be like a secret society of sorts with the requirements being you must be rich and powerful within... Banking...

...Bring It To The Table “Bring It To The Table” by Wendell Berry is indeed a book that has greatly shaped how our society is today, especially when it comes to our eating lifestyle. I would say that the book has opened readers’ minds on the importance of knowing the origin of what one allows into their bodies through their food intake because it can prevent illnesses and also explain the imminence of diseases our generation is facing. One of the greatest insights from the book would be Berry’s principle of “Nature as Measure” where he said that “agriculture needs to emulate nature. Nature’s standards include productivity, but also require that the land be used well and that people are willing and able to use it well” (Bring... It To The Table...
