The vendor will also require informing them when he shall require each of the machines. The vendor shall communicate these requirements with the builders through the use of the purchase order, which may be through ERP system or hardcopies.

The vendorHe will require information on the specification of the machines from the engineers. He will also require weekly updates from the builders in Sacramento on the progress of his order. In the transportation stage, he will need information on the status of the transportation of the machines. The freighters will give this information. They will use phones and emails to communicate between them. The vendor will also communicate to the company on his progress on acquiring the machines the company requires for the installation of the system.

This will be done by use of emails and personal communication with the head of the installation project with back up documents in hard copy.Engineers The engineers will need to keep in touch with the technicians in London and Baumholder. They will require information on the progress on the installations the technicians make on an hourly basis. The engineers and technicians will use teleconferencing to communicate. This will enable the engineers to communicate on small details that would not be possible with other methods of communication.

They will also require the feedbacks from the testers on a daily basis during the testing stage. The engineers will provide questioners to the testers to complete. This will be done online through the use of electronic mails and phone calls.The engineers should also report on the progress of the installments to the company management through presentations and reports. They should make updates to the implementation team on a weekly basis to give the company enough time to address any emerging issue.

The engineers should make the updates in hardcopy as well as in person with the head of the company’s department in charge.TechniciansThey will require instructions from the engineers. The technicians will also provide a detailed report on the system they assemble. The report should include all the information necessary to addressing future breakdowns or changes in the system. The report should be in hard copy, and they should deliver it to the company’s data department for storage.Purchase departmentThe department shall ensure that the purchases the vendor makes are in line with the specifications the engineers give.

They will communicate with the vendor through letters and face to face. It shall also make any changes to the existing communication channels in use.
