? Insert Insert Insert How the portable smart phones and computers make doctors accessible in assisting other health care professionals in an emergency. Despite being in the medical department, not all doctors are specialized in all areas. However, a patient may require emergency resuscitation or services that require urgent attendance in order to save life which is the key aspect of patient care. The services may not be available being that the doctor concerned is committed or attending to another procedure in a different place which may be far geographically (Louis E. Boone 13). Through technological advancement, the treatment may be conducted through communication being that some of the required treatment gadgets are available within the health centre. Through online doctoral services surgical operations maybe done by the doctor online or the instructions maybe received through online services being that the nurse may not be able to withhold all the instructions that maybe given through online calls (Chayko 18). Through the introduction of PDA, I phones, 3 & 4 G devices an online doctor should be able to give I instruction to the nurse being that this is the same procedure that the nurse assists the doctor to perform (Wang 04). Education Through smart phones and computers doctors are able to carry out online trainings on how to handle specific procedure within the health institutions so that there would be reduction in number of doctors within the health centers at the same time while there are other patients suffering in different places over the world. Due to clarity of pictures and sound, the doctors can accurately convey treatment information within the shortest time possible so that immediate action be taken to salvage the patient’s health status that could have worsen leading to more complications (Gary B. Shelly 34). Early treatment is better regardless of how scary it maybe, doctors believe in performing first aid before hospitalizing any patient who sufferers from accidents and severe injuries which are likely to lead to blood wastage which could lead to instant death. In the five forces model representing the operations in a health centre, we consider utilizing the buyer branch of the model in order to compare the Monash health centre to other health centers in connection with the use of smart phones and computer in distance diagnostics (Karl Barksdale 38). In order to outdo the competitors in the medical field, Health centre has involved the services of virtual doctors who are cheap compared to hiring a doctor to come to the hospital. However, in order to perfectly test the online services, it happened by coincidence that the qualified doctor in the specified field was away, being that we had anticipated such situations; the doctor was contacted through phone (Gary B. Shelly 42). The challenge that our competitors in the medical field are not able to catch up with is the purchasing of online communication and diagnostic gadgets that are able to encored information, process and decode the output in then language that a doctor can understand. This has greatly helped the company despite the high cost involved in purchasing the gadget (Chayko 20). Smart gadgets Through availability of wireless network cards doctors are able to communicate with the nurses through both voice and data so as to elaborate the procedure well that the interpreter may not forget about the information that is sent both through voice and data. Through submission of both online movies and book reviews. The video chart programs are well illustrated to ascertain that the information to be conveyed (Louis E. Boone 49). Through the clear pictures it would be possible to sit as we wait so that water drains out of the labella that had battery. The reason behind the preference of computers and smart phones is that they have a lot of good pictures and audio sounds. Through the involvement of smart phones and computer is also influenced by the quality of information being conveyed through the phone (Chayko 54). The smart phones as they include both the digital calendar and the application and organizational software’s that makes everything comfortable and within the reach of everybody. The technological advancement which is currently practiced in hospitals has lasted for decades though it undergoes continuous changes to be able to meet the high demand of medication within n health centers. Through the availability of smart phones and computers patient information can be reached from any point with option of understanding the requirements and current medication in the process (Karl Barksdale 55). However, doctors too could be reached through same gadgets hence eased chances of obtaining relevant information and clues in regard to the treatment and resuscitation procedures in case the nurses are not able to reach the doctors. In addition, when the information could not be passed through phone calls then doctors are able to write emails with required information to salvage the situation within Monash health centre (Hopkins 71). Through computer programs like power point, teleconferences and video conferences a doctor could be able to assist students and nurses in a busy health centre by practically demonstrating the required procedure. This is an advantage that the health care has over other healthcare service providers who are not able to raise the huge amount of money in order to equip their health facilities (Wang 102). When doctors and nurses share information through smart phones and computers they get to update each other so that the kind of procedure required may be performed within the stipulated time frame to ensure that patient care is delivered within the right time. However, if an individual (Nurse is not able to understand specific procedures the lecturer/ doctors should be able to provide an explanation to the nurse ion the next step to take incase of boarding a taxi without considering that the kind of convulsion that could be dealt with immediately to lower the risk factors involved (Hopkins 66). How it creates a barrier to entry by the rival (s) Health sector entails a lot of practitioners both in public and private healthcare set ups. However, Monash health centre which is a government hospital compete with numerous healthcare centers which provide both basic and deep injuries that require immediate attention, being that the doctor is out of the office could not be reached physically at this time, but Gods time is the best in everything. I played the role of both a doctor and a nurse; the only advantage was that I have vast expertise in handling medical patients (Karl Barksdale 63). Due to availability of technology, the computers and smart phones are able to detect unwanted resources through the involvement if intelligent gadgets. The only people who are allowed to communicate through the gadgets in a hospital set up are the doctors and nurses who are supposed to share common issues in relation to the patients especially where emergency cases are reported within the health centre periphery (Wang 47). How technology is positioned in law logically (User view) Healthcare is about a life saving and business kind of that requires a lot of expertise so that the management may be as ware of that they should do in order to maintain the healthcare facility as well as gaining from the income received (Karl Barksdale 51). Through oral communication information is passed from either a doctor downwards till it reaches the patient and vice versa through face to face or phone calls. This is very essential as it determines the end result in healthcare (Hopkins 21). Without communication patients would be getting overdose or under dose which is very detrimental to their health. Through communication, information is conveyed in a concise, clear and logical manner advocating for persuasiveness in professionalism. Also legal terminologies are also mastered through communication leading to the habit of developing keen listening skills so that an individual performs only the required procedure within the jurisdiction (Gary B. Shelly 40) Written communication With then use of technology, information is passed from one person to the other regardless of the geographical distance in between the two parties. However, legal documentations are also obtained through written information which would be used in support or against an individual who acts against the rules governing the nation. Technology allows individuals to learn how to write in a continuous prose with few of no grammatical errors. It also creates opportunities to learn the various mechanical and stylistic aspects of writing (Chayko 42). Client Service An individual must have client server skills, client communication skills and customer service skills so that you be able to survive in Nairobi. Other than that, it is adept that medical specialist be engaged in medical research to create their perception in a way that they could evaluation and understand complex information in large volumes professionally to efficiently and effectively achieved the required grade in handling human source management (Gary B. Shelly31) . Technology Technology is changing the legal framework in an essential part within legal functionalities. However, in order for individusls to remain effective in their jobs, there should be as software that controls presentation billing and timing as well as practice related application software. The medic must master communication technology regardless of the area from which you come from and also you have to be familiar with document management software, electronic discovery and computerized litigation14 (Wang 24). Not only in medical field that all these rules apply but also ijn the daily concerns as well as becoming proficient with internet research and legal research software for document management within the office (Hopkins 15). Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedure All professionals who are bound by law must have basic knowledge of laws from as low as the bottom of legal career management chain (Karl Barksdale 08). However, it is important that the professionals get to know information about state, local and federal court systems hence proceeding with updated filling deadlines which is bound by legal terminology. More so the relevant fundamental laws that is commonly applicable hence worth practicing in areas of professionalism (Louis E. Boone 16). Time Management Time management is another key factor that must not be compromised especially in healthcare where life saving resources is essential. Taking for example billable hours in hospital that should be well covered with both drugs and other monitoring services that patients may require in order to restore life. Time is a product of financial gain hence has to be well utilized to be able to manage large work loads within institutions (Healthcare) (Wang 11). There are options of juggling competing procedures, requires high level of multitasking skills to ascertain better quality services within professionalism. However, calender management skills are also essential in conjunction with meeting tight deadlines (Karl Barksdale 13). The physical architecture at a high level, which supports the logical solution Over the past decade many companies tried to come up with commercial EPR packages within the international market. However, the efforts to achieve a perfect model was thwarted due to insufficient technological skills by then, the commonly found EPRE systems are designed for large scale companies. To achieve a model for both small and medium companies; it’s adept to use “4+1” views found in Unified Model Language (Hopkins 09). However, the conceptual EPR consists of five main subsystems namely: Manufacturing, Human resource, Sales, Payroll, Accounting and Trading. Enterprise resource planning was introduced fir small and medium scale companies for instance manufacturing industries based on object oriented technology. The system performs tasks that are outlined above e.g Human resource management. The system is able to accommodate and determine the right personality to occupy vacancies within the company without going through untrustworthy business (Gary B. Shelly 14). Another subsystem may be the accounting department that is liable for fees issues just to mention. Other subsystems would include payroll, sales and training so that the key aspects of an organization are left within the organization so that the company integrity may be achieved without compromise. In the logical system, this information is represented as Constrains, input, output, activities and enablers (Chayko 23).
