With applications like Facebook, MySpace, photo sharing has taken an all-new dimension. It has become an essential part of online business models operating through various means and channels. Services of a brick-and-mortar Photo Processing shop A typical Photo Processing shop provides the following services to its customers: Editing and printing of Photos taken by customers Touch-up of photos Professional photographers and photography Professional photoshoot Business Model of the shop Operations of the Shop – The basic business model rely on direct dealing with customers.

Customers can choose any of the services available to them. They can take photos using their own digital cameras and then bring the soft-copies of the photos to the shop for editing, touch-up, and printing of photos. They can also hire a professional photographer for their special occasion and get photos taken and printed. Revenue Model - The revenue model of a photo processing shop is also pretty straight forward. The shop charges with various rates for its services depending on the cost as well as the effort used.

For example, the charges of printing a photo would be less than getting the photo taken from a professional photographer and then getting it printed. . The major product linesman of the company includes personal computing devices, enterprise, industry standard servers, networking products, software, and a diversified range of printers and other imaging products. The customers of HP include households and both small and mid-size businesses. The online application allows members to upload their photos for free and each member gets an unlimited storage account for photos.

Within a year of membership, the members need to place a paid order with Snapfish or their files would be deleted. Services offered by Snapfish Snapfish offers several features that free for members to use.
