The study also analyzes the extent of the support that ERP implementation provided on RCA and what were the impacts of the ERP implementation on the system efficiency and processes. Actually, the RCA is a trading company to which the ERP approach provides additional benefits. The study correlates the role of ERP on RCA as the management supply system requires consistent data for strategic, tactical, and operational information. The development of ERP has been done by keeping in view that the data is consistent and upgraded properly.

ERP systems available today in the market with financial functionality the most significant among them is ERP. The RCA ensures the integration of the accounting data when in correlation with ERP together are implemented in the organization as it gives additional benefits. The ERP is limited to provide consistent data whereas; the RCA is able to manage data ad system in a better way at the same time. ERP is a tool that is used to integrate all the internal and external information, resources, and activities in the business world.

The ERP systems integrate the activities with the help of the integrated software application. The typical running requirements of ERP systems are any sort of computer hardware and network configurations employing the available database as the source of the information (Khosrow–Puor, 2006).Enterprise Resource Planning is the best business practice that is today used all over the world to integrate business processes and activities. The ERP implementation ensures the success of the companies and also helps the companies to achieve their specific business goals and objectives (Gede Rasben Dantes, 2011).

The Companies can gain a competitive business advantage by ERP as it provides a common platform to upgrade all forms of business (Xu, 2009). The ERP system is becoming a significant need of vital organizations due to the increase in the globalization of the business and trade activities and also due to the increasing trend of the corporate sections.
