?Bill of Material: Procurement management is an integral part of every project and organization. The nature of work performed by procurement department is of immense value and the outputs are largely influenced by the recommendations and strategies under stated by this discipline. The prime activities of procurement department include hiring of the best services along with the material in accordance with the requirements of the organization. The decisions so made must be equally balanced between a quality product and service consideration and the budget limits and its implications on the rest of the project and organization. The kind of expertise and services availed by procurement department are subjective in nature and vary between industries and types of organizations.
