The paper “Effects of Leadership Style on Employee’s Satisfaction in PR Industry” is an original example of a human resources dissertation. The analysis observes the influence of organizational leadership on public relations efficacy from an inner viewpoint. It constructs associations between leadership style, employee encouragement, creativity, and sensitivity towards organizational reputation. The study examines five theories of human resource management, results exhibited that transformational leadership encouragingly influences the perception and sensitivity of the employees towards organizational reputation, not only unswervingly but also implicitly, by empowering employees of the corporate.

On the other hand, transactional leadership characterized by contingent reward comportment has a noteworthy negative impact on staff’s perception of organizational reputation and status. In the transformational style of leadership, delegates empower their employees to make decisions and include them in decision making, unlike transactional leaders. Workers who feel highly empowered in relation to competency and authority tend to have a more promising appraisal of organizational status and reputation.

Substantial theoretical, as well as practical implications of the results, are deliberated. The study highlights the transformational style of leadership as the best style, especially in the PR industry. 1. Introduction"The history of PR is a history of a battle for what is reality and how people will see and understand reality."…… Stuart EwenAn organization that interacts with other organizations or associations could be considered as to engross in public relations.
