Leadership is a procedure through which an individual affects individuals towards attaining a common goal (Sharma and Jain 2013). It is also described as the capability of making effective decisions and motivating others to perform better (Ricketts and Ricketts 2010; Rost 1993). The primary factors of leadership encompass leaders, communication, followers, and situation (Huber 2014; Talloo 2007).

In leadership, effective communication takes place between the leaders and the followers while setting an example and receiving the ideas of others to cope with uncertain situations. Leadership practices are performed in different organizational situations with the objective of obtaining significant benefits by deciding the best course of action (Sharma and Jain 2013).

Events cover numerous activities that entail conferences, festivals, concerts, sports along with charity programs and meetings among others (Wale et al. 2010).
