This was evidenced by my colleagues during my coursework attachment with ABC Company. The program started when I was assigned a sensitive duty to act as a principal analyst. We began by assessing the marketing systems belonging to organizations which contracted the ABC. The team worked together although the roles were logically divided into three main groups; analyst group, design group, and the implementation group. These groups were viable throughout the six months time where they mutually supported each other. Analysis group dealt with the feasibility studies on the project where it established the criteria through which a new system replaced the old system. The feasibilities included technical and economical feasibilities. The second time carried out the design process. This was where the result from feasibility analysis was physically and logically laid using prototypes to test on the implementation. The last group was responsible for transforming the design into the actual system. This involved both technological and engineering process including coding and testing. Finally the process was accomplished and the marketing system was replaced in phases. This was not a simple process as my role was to coordinate these different groups which worked as a team to accomplish the process. In conclusion; teamwork is important and no team succeeds with a core team leader. Part four: Audience Analysis Question 1 Audience analysis is the process through all technical writers and communicators try to understand the audience needs for them to meet these. It involves understanding the audience: knowledge and training; needs and interests; and the demographic factors such as age-groups, sex, preference and others.
