Download file to see previous pages The paper ''The Counselling Profession'' is a great example of Human Resources report.This is my comprehensive self-practice report which describes my personal experiences and skills in the counselling profession. I worked with three clients who gave me a good opportunity to learn through the experiences and lives of others in a practical setting. This report will focus on the work I did with the three clients; how I dealt with my clients, what my goals and strategies were in the whole process of counselling experience and how skillful became in the counselling profession. I mention here my point of view about the role of a counsellor, his responsibilities, skills, and his attitude towards thcounseling professionion. That is, as a counsel row I should deal with my clients intheurther urea. All cases of the clients were different and they had a variety of problems, while in this report, I have just mentioned case summaries of three clients.

Certain people may experience embarrassment in attending therapy as they may feel that they have failed in life or that there is something terribly w them for which they need to see a therapist. However, this is not necessarily the case, there are several peseveral people counselling and they discover that counselling this they succeed in making their lives better. A counsellor does not need to counsellors his client, advisement respond to thing and situations in a positively respond to things and situations CA), as a volunteer counsellor, where any individual is free to secounselortion. TCA is primarily a Chinese Association/Clan home which focuses on helping elderly people who face detachment from the society. Hence, any individual with problem welcomed to approach the association. The people at T,CA believe in solving problems quickly and not letting people linger on or get fixated on one problem. They strive to help clients move on with their lives as soon as possible so they can lead a happy and healthy fulfilling life.A person’s views and problems are take ccounselormely important but they are reminded that these problems can always be worked through and dealt with. I found TCA to be a place where a client would not feel ashamed or belittled by his problems and can openly discuss them and eventually work through them.
