The centrality of the idea of culture to business organizations has been given considerations by the successful implementation of the corporate excellence of the 7s model of Mc Kinsey. This was the model that placed the culture of the organization to be the core factor to the success of the organization. Other factors included style, system, staff structure strategy, and skills.

This study aims at exploring the relationship between job satisfaction and motivation of employees at their place of work (Weeks & Lessing, 2008).

1.1 Background of the company

Is it can be shown, the relationship between all these variables has never been reported in the studies carried out. This study, therefore, aims at adding a vast knowledge in the domain psychology of the organization.
