Chapter one of the book explores the value of understanding culture and its dynamics especially the central values and the cultures related to societies.

Indeed, this is a critical chapter that offers valuable lessons to the youths as far as understanding the cultural diversity around the world is concerned. The second chapter involves data collection and approval of intercultural research well presented in a manner that show how cross-cultural studies should be done. Chapter three up to seven presents a comprehensive explanation of vital variables in the cultural diversity. Moreover, it considers a variety of responses that exist in a number of countries to the main question of how to deal with the inequality of people.
