Running Head: Managing Organizational Change Managing Organizational Change s Part Building Teams Following three teams will be formed to attain specific purposes:Intact Team Under Discovery department, every project manager will have its functional team and likewise under development department, all directors (Chemistry, Biology and Process Engineering) will have their respective teams. Similarly, services department will have team of information, testing and veterinary. Specific Level Cross Functional Team Project managers of Discovery and directors of development will respectively be the teams.

More, directors of discovery, scientific affairs, human resource, development and service will be a cross functional team.All Level Cross Functional Team Managers of production, process development, research fellows and technicians could form a team for certain purposes. Part 2: Ice-Breaker Activity The chosen activity is named ‘Unique and Shared’ in which the members will be asked to form the teams and in each team there will be a note taker who will write the common traits of the team members and then the unique traits of the individuals (Unique and Shared).

This activity will help each team member to understand the behavior of entire team to ease and open the intra-group communication and they will learn to manage the conflicts. Part 3: Johari Window Johari Window is used to create open communication by sharing information of each other to build trust and then attain feedback for further improvement (The Johari Window). Day 2 will be suitable for Johari window introduction as the day is dedicated to setting themes and priorities. Once the team members are fluently communicative with each other, they can easily work on priorities and themes.
