Hitler and Nazi Germany Introduction Hitler’s youthful experiences prepared him for his role in the regime. While growing up in Germany, children appeared to enroll in a certain group at the age of ten, where they were expected to assume different roles till the age of eighteen (Hitler et al, 413). The youth groups set up came as the only activities the children were supposed to participate in after school. The children of the society were taught Nazism practices both in school and outside schools. Hitler designed a curriculum to suit both the school and groups and the lessons learnt appeared to be Nazism. Hitler also displays some human and positive side of his management of Germany (Hitler et al, 413). The upcoming generation could never escape the lessons of Nazism as it surrounded their lives. The children in school were also manipulated, and brain washed in a way that they believed that Hitler was the centre of their lives. The strategy that Hitler employed suited his needs as the children appeared to have total loyalty and dedication to serving Hitler. The children also had strict work ethics and characters trained in schools and work groups (Hitler et al, 235). Hitler employs the use of the Territorial Army, who controls the activities of Nazi Germany. All levels, all levels of the government from; political nature, socially, and at the economic grounds control originates from the army (Hitler et al, 235). Despite the powers and authority in favor of Hitler, he still needs the Germans. The German citizens appear as an enormous asset to Hitler in enforcement of the laws and popularizing Hitler’s ideology. The strategy that Hitler adopts earlier helps the citizen fully equip for the task that suits Hitler’s needs. As the generation grows up, they appear to depict full knowledge that whatever actions they undertake should suit the wishes of Hitler. While still in the curriculum the children were tailored to shun opposition (Hitler et al, 455). Hitler designed a security system that was responsible to disciplining individuals who would dare to oppose his rules. Hitler has a strong back up plan as every member of the SS appears natured members in Hitler’s youth group; the later fact explains the total commitment by the police force. The fact also appears helpful in the political system as such systems prove a challenge to try to over throw. Hitler tends to enjoy the political scene, as any actions that display competition is eradicated (Hitler et al, 455). The members of the Nazi party appear happy; this appears prompted by the benefits they receive from Hitler; houses with a perfect condition, receives preferential treatment, they held higher and prestigious positions in the organization; the members were also allowed to lead the rest and accorded the lower and authority required to lead. The normal individuals appear to enjoy complimentary surroundings (Hitler et al, 457). This appears prompted by the desire of the Germans to date; the Germans reminisce on the period of 1939, as a delightful year. The economic policies of Nazi appear enables individuals to secure jobs in the market. The employees’ employment contract includes a friendly; the employees’ experiences joy when working. The employment contract ensures development and financial security. This prompts the fact of low poverty levels in Germany (Hitler et al, 457). Some citizens of Germany enjoy the experience of fun and holidays. The individual in the work environment appreciates the jobs they appear to hold. The community also tends to enjoy a reasonable amount of security; this is prompted by the fact that most individuals tend to sleep without getting to lock their doors. The modes of transport involving autobahn increased the reliability levels of the mode of transport in the area. The populations appear a constant subject to ceremonies, rallies color and enthusiasm. There exists propaganda in the society of Nazi; this propaganda appear as hope to individuals of the Households. The Nazi society appears to experience extreme levels of racialism (Hitler et al, 365). Though racism appears a negative history to the population, it enables the population to achieve self-belief. The loyalty to individuals to Adolf Hitler ensures some form of security amongst the individuals. This statement is supported by a situation where a certain woman confirms the trust that she embeds to Hitler. The woman claims that; Hitler acts as her father and mother, and better still, the woman acknowledges the fact that Hitler keeps her from harm. The married couples also appear to enjoy the benefits presented by the law of marriage. The state supplied the newlyweds with a loan of 1,000 marks. Out of the 1000 mark, individuals were expected to set 250 marks for every child. The system aims at creating efficiency of the management system. There also appears a ceremony to celebrate the women who acts and increases the level of productivity. The practice appears official levels; women with more than eight children appear rewarded with a gold medal (Hitler et al, 512). The society with a lot of emphasis on the progress and well being of the youths ensures continuity of a productive society. Hitler society acknowledges the power of educating the youth to fit in the job markets. The HJ culture ends up providing the youthful activities with despite the issues of racialism in the society, Hitler works tend to represent the employees quite well in the society. Despite the system of management by Hitler, being cruel; the story line also acquires considerable levels of the activities the society uses to present the effectiveness of the system. When some youths were overwhelmed with some acts undertaken by Hitler; they engage in vices such as drinking of alcohol, listening to pop music among other things. Hitler also tended to engage in inhumane activities of killing individuals he believes felt were useless (Hitler et al, 567). Conclusion The society is also likely to experience some inequality treatment. An example appears at a case where the women were faced out the military system. Some women in the society appear annoyed with the application of the 3 CS in an organization. The three Cs subject women into three occasions being; the Church, children and cookers in the society, who desires includes hoping for the best from the plans. The government in the society dealt with rebels and the less fortunate in the society by killing them and also sometimes sterilized the group of individuals. The pygmies, the blacks, amongst other individual, were killed and some sterile.
