Therefore, contrary to numerous critics including those of economists, I believe we are making significant progress towards realizing "the promise of American life" as proven by varied aspects relayed in this study. US’ mission towards ensuring her citizens realize their respective achievements did not start just yesterday but has been a long journey characterized diverse regimes that have held the mantle of power.

This is despite these regimes together with their respective leaders exhibiting divergences in political ideologies and intentions.
