Michelangelo, the chief architect of St Peters, at the time did an inspirational work even to the unbelievers. The church perceives its authority at faultless and self-proclaims itself as flawless and righteous yet it evidently shows shocking rate of power abuse and failings. In the medieval times the church sold indulgences to build a sanctuary. This does not justify church doctrines and in particular papacy pentagram of administration of the church and magisterium’s judgments. The Catholic Church exquisitely kept from chance of error in her ultimate teaching on matters of devotion and morality yet in those trying times, the church fell contradictorily with its doctrines and mitigated restrictions of infallibility in papacy. The church teaches that avoidance of worldly riches, rule and possessions as an attribute of spiritual livelihood ironically. The popes and the early churchmen funded the building of the cathedral from self-indulgence, corruption and misuse of power. The church taught that prayer and normal supplication in the sacraments might save man from everlasting damnation instead of God’s grace as quoted by Luther.
