Throughout this time, Pennsylvania has been characterized with varying changes from racial discrimination to deviating political relationships. Americans and Euramericans struggled to gain control over the land. This in turn, led to oppression of Indians, being labeled as savages. Prior to this turmoil, Indians has managed to establish a modern concept of themselves due to their interactions in frontier.
