It is worth noting that tuberculosis is one of the deadly diseases. It is a contagious bacterial contagion that its core infection is the lungs. Sadly, after lung infection still the disease can spread to other organs if control is not effective and timely. Tuberculosis is a disorder that is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. Unfortunately, it is possible that, tuberculosis can move from one person to another through air, meaning it is contagious, via either sneeze or even cough from an infected person. In most cases, some people tent to recover from primary tuberculosis without showing the secondary symptoms, but this depends on the immune response of the body. There is a possibility that after someone is infected, he or she can stay for many years, however, the same infection can be reactive to some people. It is worth noting that the following individuals are prone to infection of the disease. They are as follows; infants, elderly and those individuals with weak immune system. Weak immune system here can be because of other viral disease for instance AIDS, diabetes, chemotherapy or even some medicines that can cause weakening of the immunity of the body. Experts affirm that risk of catching tuberculosis depends on a number of issues as follows; if people who are infected with tuberculosis surrounds someone who is healthy, and since it is contagious, then the probability of that healthy person catching the disease is high. Another issue here is if one is living in a less ventilated environment or in unclean living circumstances. Like a person’s infection degree is outline above, again, there are factors that can may hick the rate at which population can get infected by tuberculosis as below; if there is increase in viral disease as the HIV infections. Additionally, increase in homeless individuals, which are facilitated by poor nutrition and environment and lastly, the appearance of strains that resist drugs (Shinnick 78). As any other disease, it is obvious that tuberculosis bears symptoms and signs. Notably, during the primary stage, its identification is not clear, but after awhile pulmonary symptoms will appear as follows; some experiences coughing incorporated with mucus or blood, fatigue, weight loss, fever and excessive sweating during night times to mention but a few. According to the records, it is noted that almost 8.7 million people fall sick with tuberculosis and 1.4 million of them died, which was the year 2011. In addition, in the year 2010, number of orphaned children was counted to be 10 million, their parents perished due to the attack of tuberculosis. This is evidence on the fact that tuberculosis is a deadly disease and that it is worth addressing. To crown it, it is evident according to the statistics by the Global Fund to fight AIDs that malaria and tuberculosis has encouraged the treatment and detection of 7.7 million cases. However, it is pertinent to note that tuberculosis is a serious issue that requires addressing by the fact that some well people as Desmond Tutu of South Africa is fighting tuberculosis all over the world. Like any other disease, tuberculosis is raising alarm for treatment due to its wide spread in the world, but several obstacles act as roadblock to the attempt of curing or fighting tuberculosis. Some of the obstacles are population increase. Here, the disease spreads too fast in a densely populated area and this makes it hard for the anti-tuberculosis urgencies to fight for the disease effectively. Further, it is studied that the disease is very contagious and that the efforts of the world health organization to fight against tuberculosis is doomed. Another obstacle is that, presence of the viral disease like the HIV/AIDs has affected the fight of the disease since AIDs weakens the body to allow easy attack of the tuberculosis (Schlossberg 78). Again, there are several ways that can help someone to evade infections of the disease, some of the ways are outlined below; it is discouraged to spend long time in a stuffy room with some one who has active tuberculosis. Another thing is that, it is vital to use masks as one of the protective measures if you are in a place where individuals with tuberculosis are taken care of, this will greatly reduce the chances of contracting tuberculosis. Hard task can arise if you share a living room with someone who has tuberculosis. In such a circumstance for such a situation, it is advisable to persuade and help the patient to take treatment of the disease. Since tuberculosis is a contagious disease, it is pertinent to heed some few instructions on how to take care of a person who has tuberculosis. Here are some steps to follow to avoid rapid infection of the disease. First, foods that are rich in calcium are pertinent for the cure of the tuberculosis; some of the food in mind is milk, since it is rich in calcium. Secondly, it is advisable to take in more of drinks during the onset of tuberculosis. Here, the foods in mind is the raw orange juice, it follows that the juice has strength that will automatically boost the body. Third, rest is also an important factor. Rest acts as strength activator where, when one gets enough rest he or she will have given the body required time to gain the lost energy. Again, it is a faith action that if you get rest, you should not mingle with other, to avoid the spread of the diseases to other individuals. Fourth stage is that it is important to take cooked water of the seedless raisins and custard apples. Doing this, to some extent assist in curing of the tuberculosis. Fifth, another pertinent act is that it is of use if you get juice India gooseberry plus some honey to it, this should be taken every morning it assists in the cure of tuberculosis. According to the experts, they assure that the above method is one of the effective for home remedy for the cure of the tuberculosis. Sixth stage, it is advisable to be drinking glass of pineapple juice. This should be a routine task and should be done daily, it essentially aids in speed recovery. Again, it is advisable to prepare plantains juice and take it on a daily basis if you are practicing a home remedy for tuberculosis. Bananas will be helpful in the treatment of the fever and cough resulting from the tuberculosis infection. It means that coughing will reduce at lengthy; it is also pertinent to note that, the above remedy is essential in the cure of tuberculosis in the advanced stage.
