In the UAE, Diabetes and obesity are on the higher level as compared to other countries worldwide. This paper focuses on how teachers may beable to guide and educate children regarding their eating habits and diet related complication. The paper does not only show how but also why teachers should be educated regarding the issue and why doing so is of immense importance. Statistical data as well as different related researches has been studied in order to reflect on the issue. Health is a core factor of every society as a healthy society excels in every field.

Hence, focusing on health should be the utmost priority of any government or kingdom. Questionnaires were developed, with results being thoroughly analysed. The results many issues, including the impact of junk food and eating habits. As with every research, limitations to the study were experienced. Time constraint being the main limiting factor. Although this research came up with some important finding, it is important that further research in this area should be carried out. This shall not only bring forward further findings but will also solidify the findings that have been sought.
