The angry patient video

The first scenario is of an angry patient storming into a medical office where he meets the receptionist and hurls his complaints at her. What follows is the two of them arguing in public which makes a worker at the back office come and intervene. The other worker comes and kindly requests the man to join her at the back office so that they can clear the questions. An important thing I have learned from this scenario is that an angry person should not be confronted in public and reiterating against him or her makes matters even worse. In the second scenario, the second receptionist handles the angry man differently, and this makes them not argue in public.

Getting along with workers' video

It is important for people working together to get along at their workplaces as they require each other at some point during work. When people get along in workplaces, it is easier and faster for them to help each other finish tasks and deal with deadlines.

Email etiquette video

The video is about a talk on email etiquette and how email works. It was good to learn the don’ts involved when sending a single mail to multiple people. I also learned that I can be in a position to prevent computer viruses spread through emails.

Workplace etiquette video

An important lesson learned from the video is that it is valuable to respect other workers with whom you working. The times when an individual does not feel like work should be spent outside the office rather than making noise for others. It is important for people working together to respect each other.

Part 2

Hacking into people’s machines and emails to get vital, and secretive message is one of the risks of electronic communication. Sensitive information meant for specific individuals could get into the wrong hands.
