Types of health A. Introduction Health is the functional level of metabolic substances in the human body. This is the capability by which the human beings are able to fight against diseases, illness, injury and much more. There are different types of health that are involved on the human body. These different aspects of health social health which is the matter health condition of a particular group of people. Emotional health is the psychological health and the well being of the minds of the individual. Physical health is the type of health that an individual appears health in a general view. Mental health is where a person is not insane and can think straight given the normal factors around him/her. Finally the environmental health is the case where the surrounding areas are clean and the daily activities of an individual are not prone to any hazardous factors. All the environmental factors relate in that every human being should have the incorporation of all the health factors working well around him/her. Human beings should contain all the dimensions and make sure that all of them have been looked into in order to have better bodily health. About my level of diabetes Diabetes is a dangerous disease where the sugar balances in the blood of a human being does not match with the clinical requirement and the health standards in order for the body to be functioning well the insulin does not perform well. There are two types of diabetes that affects the human bodies. There is the diabetes mellitus where the amount of sugar in the body exceeds the required amount here the level of insulin is low (Renders et al, pp17-19). The next is the diabetes insipidus, where the level of sugar in the blood is below the required standard. I feel my blood sugar level is slightly above the normal since once I consume something sweet I feel so much irritated and I feel as if I will never take sugar in my life again. Reasons for picking the topic I had picked this topic since I felt that it is the best and the level of the sugar has given me a headache and much stress in life since I started feeling the abnormalities in the body. I have always wanted to get the advice and know how to control this disease (Clement, pp14-16). I have always searched for the treatment or measure to take in order to control it. B. Plan: How to achieve the goals In order to be able to manage the diagnosis, I will try to be taking food with less sugar and be eating three meals a day which are also less in sugar and the sugary substances (Jaber et al, pp 16). The food that I will be taking will contain no sugar or glucose in any way. I will try to be undertaking exercise more often so that the insulin levels in my body can fix itself. However, by doing all the above steps, I will undertake the medicines and pills given by the doctor in order to increase the level of insulin in the body. The hard experience about goal achievement What is very hard in achieving my goal is living a life without consuming sugar. The moment I see my family members consuming sugar in the tea and taking with bread while I cannot do so, makes me feel so bad and like crying. At times, I am required to prepare food for the family that may contain the carbohydrates that I do not consume. But I endeavor my best to settle into the situation. Sometimes I forget to take the medicines and to go for exercise makes me feel so tired. But I feel one day I will achieve that what I desire. Facts about diabetes In the diabetes self-management education clement (pp45-47) brings the fact that once an individual is the one who knows how he/she is feeling in the body. In controlling diabetes, I should be able to control intake of the un-required substances. Daily exercise and avoiding taking junky foods like the chips cakes and other sweet meals assist in increasing the level of insulin in the body. This is because there is no much usage of it when one is not consuming much sugar. By doing exercise, it helps in the usage of the excess carbohydrates in the body (Renders et al, pp 22-25). Ones the required level of blood sugar is attained and the level of insulin reaches the required level, one is not supposed to stop undertaking the measures and the situation can go back to worse (Jaber et al, pp 33). C. Tracking about the habit By eating the three compulsory meals per day, I feel that the level of diabetes has gone down; it has reduced to a reasonable level. I used to pass so much concentrated urine and one that had some yellowish colors. Nowadays the rate at which it was affecting me has slowed, and I do not feel uncomfortable whenever I am performing tasks. So far in the last one and a half month I have been following the routine the progress is good and the doctor told me that, in the next two more months to come, I will not be using the peels again. There is improvement in my condition, and I do not need to do anything more than what I am doing in order to get better. What I am doing is enough. Evaluation As the above table shows upon my evaluation in the six weeks, and the continuing exercise of practicing on how to consume low sugary foods and the fast foods, my level of diabetes is going and I do not need to undertake any other measures. E. Conclusion After following the schedule for the past one and a half months, I have attained the required level of the blood. The result shows that the level of insulin in the blood has increased and in the next two months I will be fine. Sometimes though I almost forgot to go to the gym was easy and enjoyable I felt like doing this now and then. Managing on not to take sugary substances was very hard for me. Sometimes I felt so tempted to consume and tried to stay away from people when they were enjoying delicious foods. I am very happy with the results, and I never thought it will be this better from my point of view. Eating healthy and doing exercises is the key to good body functioning (Jaber et al, pp 12). I will always be eating healthy and keep fit. This is in order to protect my body from diseases and another diagnosis caused by lack of good diet and not only diabetes. As per the doctor’s results from the health condition tests, I am a healthy person now and by following up the routine will make it better. I also feel my body is healthy as the yellowish urine, the swelling of feet and other parts of the body I do not experience it anymore. Works Cited Clement, Stephen.
