Health Administration The thing that helped me to do my job when I was a new employee was the orientation that I received. This allowed me to see how things worked and what was expected of me. Culture plays an important part in this because every person likes things to be done a certain way. Also, with many different cultures in our society now, it is crucial to adapt life care to suit the needs of the patient rather than the care facility. This may mean that employees need to take a cultural course in order to understand how to care for the needs of other cultures.

This makes a really big difference in the life of the individual who is on death’s door.
