Communication and Aging" Aging is a matter of great concern in our society. As age progresses, a change in health condition is observed and this is taken care by health system policy makers and providers to certain extent. The questions about the appropriateness of these policy is of paramount significance-1. What aspects distinguish integrated models of care for elderly groups which have been assessed in peer-reviewed journals?2. What aspects of integrated health and social care models could find place in national and international studies to develop additional care for elders?3. What scaffolds of concern have been brought to the notice with specificities in common or with variations?

SummaryGovernment of every nation is spending major chunk of their finances in health and welfare of the inhabitants of the country. Health services are the priority services and no compromise in health sector has been accepted. Most of the provinces give priority to the residential as well as community-based services especially to deal with the elderly population who require greatest medical care. To implement these thoughts various care models have been proposed to facilitate them for the people with ease and comfort.

The hurdle that is witnessed in implementation of such reforms is due to the organizing administration. An appropriate communication strategy is desired to implement such models to provide timely care and also strengthen the health care system. the competing pressure has emerged as the chief barrier in the implementation of health reforms and this could be taken care by appropriate strategies, by an understanding displayed by the human resource system, sorting out the predicaments in its execution.
