Contrast between vegetarians and meat eaters For ages people always ate meat because it was one of the general component of their food allowance, but now when our society stands on the brink of future technology, we meet the problems of life prolongation but not losing efficiency. The problem of choosing between vegetarians and meat eater is troubling people all over the world. Vegetarian is defined as avoiding all animal flesh, including fish and poultry. Vegetarians who avoid flesh, but do eat animal products such as cheese, milk and eggs are ovo-lacto-vegetarians (ovo = egg; lacto = milk, cheese, etc.). The ranks of those who eschew all animal products are rapidly growing; these people are referred to as pure vegetarians or vegans (vee'guns). In the same time meat eaters are representative of old world who don't believe in ascertained facts of e existence products what can substitute for daily requirement of the human. The human wasn't born vegetarian and didn't feed on a weed, that opinion direct me on the thinking that ration of children couldn't consist of just vegetarian foot, problem is digging much deeper without complete ration (egg, milk, meat) children lose occasion to growth health human. If you don't refuse from the fruits, vegetables, sea products, it's not mean that your food is balanced - it's wrong meaning, paying attention to ecology situation we can't exists without bio cocktails .You have to define that it's abnormal to define people on vegetarians and meat eaters, the balance is the golden mean. We can hear a lot arguments on mentioned positions its evidence that all facts that I present for your attention will assess by you how immediate attempt persuade that balance nutrition is pawning of success. Make your choice. Just little more medicine, the nitrites (not nitrates) get in solution of meat and children feel the necessity get these components for normal evolution, it's hard to fined substitute of it, besides vegetarianism is defensible for adult people. One of the components of meat is ionized iron - it presents in humans organism by salt and iron complex with proteins and organic acid. Have to say to say that ionized iron is generation with iron insoluble salt because of it cereals reach of it compound are worse source of ionized iron. Harm of vegetarianism consisting in that from red meat assimilate 100 % but from vegetable product assimilating smaller part of iron. Concerning supplying organism necessary proteins we can live without meat but without meat (or blood ) we couldn't create abundant supplies of iron. For example Indians most vegetarian country but forty older mans look like very old people I don't mean that they are different just they don't have huge red meat stock what is too useful. It's a fact, that deficit of iron get in weak-mindedness. But abundant supplies of iron are consequence of rapid gain, admission big musculoskeletal, early pubescence, what is good. Scientific research shows that ovo-lacto-vegetarians are healthier than meat-eaters, and vegans are healthier than ovo-lacto-vegetarians." It should be noted that the Indian Hindu tradition has always been lacto-vegetarian, permitting the consumption of milk products. But we have another way of thinking about vegetarians, Carl Liney absolutely neatly proved that Comparing analyses internal and outside structure of humans body and animals proves that natural food appear fruits and vegetables. On this fact are indicated A lot of physiological features: 1. In different of animals human haven't so advanced canines; 2. Saliva gland rather developed in human than in animal because human need overdo cereals and fruits; But we have another side of medal. For example Greenland Eskimo are too healthy people they are eating just seal grease and fish no fruits and vegetables. They haven't so much sickness as we have it could be explained more harsh way of life besides this people use huge quantity of Omega-3 oil acid which are contain in fish and other sea products. Besides usage of these acids in this quantity promote diminution of cholesterol in blood and regulate blood pressure. The third contrast Here are facts showing the dangers of eating meat because of the large amounts of antibiotics fed to livestock to control staphylococci (commonly called staph infections), which are becoming immune to these drugs at an alarming rate. The animals that are being raised for meat in the United States are diseased. The livestock industry attempts to control this disease by feeding the animals antibiotics. Huge quantities of drugs go for this purpose. Of all antibiotics used in the U.S., 55% are fed to livestock. But this is only partially effective because the bacteria that cause disease are becoming immune to the antibiotics. The percentage of staphylococci infections resistant to penicillin, for example, has grown from 13% in 1960 to 91% in 1988.These antibiotics and-or the bacteria they are intended to destroy reside in the meat that goes to market. It is not healthy for humans to consume this meat. The response of the European Economic Community to the routine feeding of antibiotics to U.S. livestock was to ban the importation of U.S. meat. European buyers do not want to expose consumers to this serious health hazard. By comparison, U.S. meat and pharmaceutical industries gave their full and complete support to the routine feeding of antibiotics to livestock, turning a blind eye to the threat of disease to the consumer. As we can see there are a lot of different opinions and examples about the problem of contrast between vegetarians and meat eaters. In different places of our earth we can meet Greenland Eskimo who are too healthy people eating meat products and just a people who are eating a lot of meat but having high index of cholesterol. Another strange phenomenon are Indians these vegetarians are looking simply old because they don't get enough vitamins and minerals but today we can see to progressive tendency spreading all over the world change your way of life to be healthy and I know some people who stands years vegetarians and they haven't much problems with their health. Keep balance in your nutrition and you will health. http://www.organichealthandbeauty.com/whyeatvegetarian.html Read More
