This is one of the organizations which comprise of many branches that are dedicated to patient protection by distributing life-saving healthiness goods and services by means of a protected and well-organized healthcare circulation scheme. This is seen among the members of the meetings, marketing and education section in the healthcare organization found in the Washington D.C in the metro area. With this, it is clear that other than just distributing the health care products to the retailers, the organization also has a section from which they have organized to at least provide education to the adults. This is the type of the education that is given to the individuals of whom were late for their studies in their respective stages. Thus, the organization facilitates their progression of the education in such a manner that they are either full or partially sponsored to pursue with their education in their respective stages and fields. This is usually done by the use of the seminars or even webinars. Other than giving the financially disabled people the opportunity to proceed with their education, they also offer some of the training to the ones of whom are not good in the paper works. With this, they do provide the technical trainings such as the mechanics or the tailoring training for the ones who did not qualify for their next stage but rather they need something that will help them to attain their living. According to Linda Coporaletti Hoyt who is a director in the administration and human resource section in the HDMA organization, says that the non profit sector is entitled to expose the members of whom worker in the organization in such away that they can be able to perform in any field that it is represented to them. To attain this, the members in the organization are forced to volunteer some of their time to participate in the committee organized by the organization. Other than that, the organization are set to ensure that the members in the society are well enlightened with the commodity that they are providing to them as this will enable them to be familiar with the good quality product that they receiver for their health (Hodgkinson pg 238). The organization is also focused to protect the patients' safety and enable them to be accessed to medicine through the correct and efficient distribution of the healthcare products and their services as well. This was contributed by Tirza Niemann who works in one of the branches for the healthcare distribution management associations; she has been in the company as the director for the meetings marketing and education from the year 1997. From this, we can say that the organization are usually entitled to make sure that the society members get the correct commodity for their health through the correct channels and at the correct time of need. This is also supported by Nancy Hanagan who is the executive VP as well as the COO of the HDMA. Basing on the views said by Tirza Niemann, the director for meetings, marketing and education and Lonna DeBardi who is finance director in the healthcare organization, they do suggests that the nonprofit organizations are also accountable in the creation and the alteration of the industry awareness and the greatest performance which helps to develop the worth of the healthcare distribution sequence in the society. This has in result enabled the people to live in harmony with one another. This can also be seen when the organizations are forced in the attainment of understanding the issues that are related to its structure and how they are being challenged by the society and comes up with clear way to get a better solution that will enhance the relationship among the members in the society. CONTRIBUTION OF THE NONPROFIT ORGANISATION IN THE SOCIETY Contribution is the division of activity in which the organization performs in the society that usually has appositive influence the organization in one way or another. Healthcare distribution management association has major contributions in the society as seen from the views said by the interviewee who were interviewed in the organization. Nancy Hanagan who is the executive vice president and the COO in the HDMA said that the non profit associations have led to the creation of the job opportunities in the society. This has taken the largest contribution as it encompasses people in different fields ranging from the professionals to the technical workers. As regard to the HDMA, the association has been able to create the job chances to the in different areas such as in the reception areas, in the research fields, in the accounts department, in the communication section, in the human resource department and largely in the education department of which they train the society members in different fields. Due to this, they have bee able to reduce the level of employment in the society (Powell pg 109). The organizations have led to the good relationship among different societies members. This is to the regard to their different classes and even to their institutions. This is attained by the relationship between the people in the association that let them learn the culture of each other and thus enabling them to be able to withstand the characteristics of the other group of people (Flynn pg 4). The members go out for the research work of which they are forced to learn other peoples culture and be friendly to them of which in the long run, they other partner of the discussion also comes to like them resulting to a good relationship among the members in the society. The organizations are also said to have affected the fertility rate of the society. The healthcare organization has over the years engaged themselves in educating the pregnant mothers on the way to control their families to enable them to be able to maintain to the good standard that they can. With this, the fertility rate of the society has been seen to be depreciating to the standard of having two or three kids in a particular family. But still, this has been seen to be dependant to the financial stability of the family of which will enable them to take care of the kids brought up in the family. Due to the innovation of the organization, it has enabled the member to utilize the current technology in doing major of their activities in the society, thus, reducing the possibilities of making mistakes as done before by the other organizations (Mirvis 2008). This has also contributed to protection of the society in doing its operations. In the ability to delivery innovation, it has also enabled them to practice the use of the new technology in their teaching carried in their respective institutions. This has allowed the society to be familiar with the use of the technology such as the use of the computers and the internet. This, has in the long run been one of the association marketing strategy in that the members can well fit in any organization for job opportunity, thus, we can say that, it has increase the marketability of the society to the world job field. They have enabled the society to be accessible to the medical facilities as well as the medicine in good time whenever they need it. This is seen from their ability to deliver the emergency response to the society. With this, the organization has been able to distribute their services and product to all parts of the location so that people are accessed to it easily without much struggle. This has force them to even to use the mobile clinic of which visits the communities and offer their services to the sick individuals at their disposal (Mirvis 2008). Due to this, they have been able to reduce the death rate of the society of which was mainly caused due to the lack of easy access to the health facility or even the lack of medical care in the whole region. The organization has been able to provide the society with a cheaper services and products as compared to the others. As regard to this, the societies have been able to save their income and use it in other more developing projects in the community. CONCLUSION To wrap up the whole interview, we can say that, the healthcare distribution management association has major influence the lifestyle of the members of the communities in amore positive way. This is seen in a manner in which they have facilitated the easy access to the good quality of the health product of which results in the increase to the living span of the people and even provision of other services such as the education and employment to the community thus increasing the living standards of the people in the world.
